  1. I spoke with Princess this week and they told me that on Sun Princess can only book dining up to end if March. We are platinum and cannot book for June.
  2. As a project manage myself I summise they have so little faith in the new App or the testing of it, they have to have to leave old one in place; never seen that before and let's face it, the old App wasn't great!

  4. Contacted a Princess supervisor in customer relations who couldn't fix it and advised for some pax the App works fine and for others it doesn't. They have paased the issue on to IT but nit holding my breath. Curretly unable to get Ocean Ready on old App. I phoned OceanReady and they also had problems with accessing the booking, not recognising the booking ref but they after some time fidn a back door method of accessing the booking. They also could not process Ocean Ready tasks and have raised a ticket with IT which they say will be fixed in 3-5 days. Princess are not taking dining reservation for Sun Princess for sail dates post March 2024.
  5. Thanks again, my wife is having the same issue. Have tried to log onto web version, via princess account, using booking number and get a messag back saying something went wrong try again later. Cruise is correctly registered in main princess account.

My cache is cleared automatically each time I close the browser, however I did a manual clear but no luck with the new App. Similar to aniother reported porblem here, just shows my name, some genric information but nothing about the next cruise; it recpoginises the cruise booking is already registered. Emailed Princess a couple of day back but no response
  7. Thanks for advice. This is our next cruise, no others booked with Princess and have logged out and logged back in with booking number and again no cruise details. Just get options to explore dining, shop cruises, furture cruise deposit. Some general info under my account including Add a journey
  8. We are saling June on Sun Princess and have downloaded the new App. Unfortunatley the new App does not show any details of our booked cruise, whereas the old App does. Tried adding new journey in the new App and the app states the journey has already been added. Any ides/help very much welcome. thanks
