if NCL truly cared about their customers, they would be making announcements providing options, but they are doing none of those. This is no different than any other business. If you are treated poorly at a restaurant, you do not return to that restaurant, I do believe most travelers are very understanding when they’re kept in the communication loop but they have zero information three weeks before departure is unacceptable , pissing off 6000+ customers is no way to do business

Of course, they don’t care that’s a problem with large corporations at the moment they are offering to refund everything, but the price of your room, my personal take they are going to cancel the cruise and have to refund everyone their money. Someone made a comment about its war and not Ncl zero fault, NCL has a contract with everyone there they obligated to meet as much of that is possible if they cancel the cruise then they have to give you your money back, if they refuse to give 6000 people their money back, there’s gonna be a lot of lawsuits

It’s not difficult they can do make a decision, personally I think they’re going to cancel the cruise because there’s no way they can deal with over 6000 people needing flight changes

just got off the phone with NCL again they still haven’t announced itinerary change for the epic in now that its not going into Israel, the wife and I have a lot of money tied up in this trip. I feel so bad for the people who are supposed to be getting on the epic in Tel Aviv. What are the chances of all those people getting flights to the were ever they are going to on such short notice? what NCL does here in the next day or two will affect if I ever sale with them again

i spoke with NCL yesterday new itinerary should be out today for those who wish, they will give you a credit for the price of your state room things like Texas prepaid packages. Excursions will be refunded.

they will be announcing the change to the itinerary today as Israel is no longer a option, if wish to cancel their cruise. They will give you an onboard credit of the value of your room far and refund everything else

My wife and I are on the same cruise. It’s easy to expect them to provide that information. The other cruise lines did it two days ago, I spoke to NCL this afternoon Israel is canceled. They will announce tomorrow where the new itineraries. They will offer everyone the opportunity to cancel their cruise. They will refund everything except for your fare
