The Onboard Credits area you are referring to will never show shareholders OBC since it is a credit that you need to apply for each and every cruise. If you were to have a Future Cruise Deposit purchased but not used yet it would show as a onboard credit in that area. Not the deposit itself, but the amount of OBC you could get which is a minimum of $15 (like if you used a FCD on a 5 day inside cabin)

Where are you looking and see $0? 
 

The only place you should see this is on the Payments page, scroll to the bottom and it should show there.

Has anyone noticed the addition of stairwells inside the Vista Lounge to the Aft dining room beneath it? Handy if that is the location of the PES happy hour (for those able to use stairs of course)

On our two full capacity Sky cruises in Dec 2019 the PES lounge was in the beautifully re-designed Vista Lounge. The nibbles were over and above our expectations and experiences on previous cruises. Sadly I hear with reduced capacity sailings the offerings are actually quite sad right now. We only attended one night on a recent Regal cruise, nothing was worth our time or calories.

Thank you for finding this out!  I was lucky and chose Skagway for our reservations on the April 3rd sailing. Really looking forward to this ship, loved the Sky but missed Crooners. 

1) Chicken Cashew salad at the IC

2) Spring Roll appetizer in the MDR

3) Tiger Prawn appetizer at Crown Grill

i have had cruises where one or two of the above were not necessarily outstanding, but usually very yummy. I am sad if for some reason I miss the day when they were available.

Have you looked on the Travel Summary? That is the only place I have ever seen it posted.

I was able to upload a photo of my vaccination card in the health questionnaire area that just became available today. As someone else stated tho, when I went to look to see if that photo was then included in another cruise later this year, the entire area was only a white page, almost like it is something that becomes loadable only within X amount of days before a cruise.

I received an email talking about elite level changes and yes, they are discontinuing the loyalty OBC.

When you have bought cards through the Allstate Rewards program how long did it take for you to receive the cards? It’s been almost three weeks since I bought them, am I just impatient? 

I had the same thing happen, sent an email to Planner I’ve worked with for a couple years, no response. Sent follow up email 2 days later and eventually called. Got her machine. Next day I called Princess directly and explained my experience. Wonderful gal assisted me with the bookings I needed for us and two other couples (family). She did tell me during the conversation that her supervisor checked on my missing planner, and she had indeed quit the company and I would be assigned a new planner in the near future. I was surprised and sad that she has left, we had a good repertoire.

I have always received Shareholder OBC when cruising under a casino rate.

I did exactly the same thing and immediately got an email from AmEx saying congratulations you’ve used your offer.....

What kind of info are you asking about? There are Two ultimate VIP cruises this fall, one on the West Coast and one that begins this Sunday on the Regal.

Are you referring to Junella by any chance? If so, last I saw on Facebook was that she did not get an assignment on the Sky. 😢 She is indeed a gem and we are always so happy to see her on our cruises.

I even bring on a 48oz bottle of Minute Maid Lite lemonade. Being diabetic REALLY leaves limited choices of available drinks provided on ship. Also enjoy DIet Pepsi rather than Diet Coke, so bring an 8-pack of the little bottles. An empty Tervis cup and ice from my room and I’m good to go all day.

Second formal night was Belize, Wednesday.
