At last Princess have decided to let us know what we need to do re Chilean visa CHILEAN VISA REQUIREMENTS Australian passport holders require a "Transit Visa Up to 72 hours" (free of charge) to visit Chile aboard Coral Princess. You must apply for this visa in advance of your cruise and finalise it within 90 days of your arrival in Chile. Go to https://tramites.minrel.gov.cl/Solicitudes/visa.aspx to apply for your visa. Select English (top right) and provide required information including the appropriate consulate. Attach a photo and all required documents (erase the account number from your bank statement). Then print the email confirming your visa application has been received and bring it to embarkation or you may be denied boarding. Within 90 days of arriving in Chile (when most guests are already on board), you will be emailed your visa. Print it at Guest Services. Reminder: Each guest is responsible for obtaining and having appropriate valid travel documents available. For those with passports from other countries, contact the consulate or a visa service provider for entry requirements. Thank you for your attention to this notification

Have just received an email saying that my tours are $390 more than the original prices and the extra will be taken from my onboard credits

Just checking. So fill out application but don't select end, then receive an email stating, a temporary permit has been created. To send your application to selected consulate you must press finish

Hoping that this is not the case but after spending 45 mins with a Princess call centre operator, I was told that her supervisor has said that cruise credits are refunded first and any payments made on my card are used to pay for tours that were reinstated therefore no refund to my card but still $3000+ onboard credits.

Book the same safari that Princess offer, online trip advisor for half the price. Pickup point 2 minutes from the ship

But they still took away items that were included when I booked the cruise.

When I booked this cruise I paid $40 a day for plus package but Princess changed the package and took away things that were advertised as included. So yes they can do what they want, we agreed to the contract.

You won't really know until you get a refund for the tours that were cancelled because of the changed itinerary, they might take any extra out of the refund to your card

It's on my list and I will be having a conversation.

All of our shore tours from Tangier on have now been reinstated but looks like at a different cost. In total an extra $240. I will know for sure when I get a refund for the pots that were cancelled.
