    If the Panorama docks at 10:00AM in Cabo according to the Carnival itinerary, is that ship time or Local time? I'm trying to figure out if I have enough time to do a third party excursion at noon.

    I'm taking this cruise this month. When the itinerary says Cabo San Lucas port 10AM - 4PM. Is the time Ship time or is it local time? Trying to plan third party excursions but the 1hr difference is confusing.
