Dine My Way & all new Dining questions since cruising restart!!

This the only voyage I have. I have 2 state rooms with 2 adults each. I went to Dining reservation and added the reservation number for other room. Nor it's showing 2 adults under my room and Under Shipments it showing Guest 1 & Guest 2 4 times. And If I select one all 4 are getting selected. -

I have downloaded new Princess Medallion app on my android phone. I added a my shipmates so I can reserve the Dining all together. But the issue is my each shipmates are showing up 4 times on the app and when I select one all 4 are getting selected. Does anyone having this issue? Is there a solution for this?
