Elephant in the room here is why on earth are we even wasting our time in discussing this. If these extranneous charges are common why isnt it clearly stated somewhere before buying a ticket. Anacronyms like DCC and cryptic words like 'Weybridge' only serve to frustrate and annoy passengers and leaves me with an impression that the Cruise Company are unqualified to even manage their accounts in a professional manner.
