Looking to sail the western med. As itineraries are similar, I was wondering the best port to sail from? My main consideration is ease in transportation from the US. (direct flights). Thank you.

Sailing on MSC Seashore in August. I am unable to add excursions to my reservation at this time. Is it too early? If so, when do they allow enhancements to be added?
