Hello I'll be sailing on the Norwegian Encore and wondering if anyone knows if there are plugs in the bathroom for hair blowers. Also, what's the plug situation in the cabins. Do they have USB ports for cell phones? Or do I need to buy a non surge protected power strip? Thank You!

Hello This July I will be co-leading a girl scout troop on an Alaskan cruise. Our last stop is Victoria, BC. It's only 4 hours. Realistically, will we have time to walk through Fisherman's Warf Park, continue on past the Fairmont Empress and then stop at BeaverTails for some treats (poutine, BeaverTails)?? And walk back to the ship and get back in time? Google Maps indicates it's a 35 minute walk each way. So 1 hour and 10 minutes. Plus we need time to explore the wharf, order the food, eat, get on and off the cruise ship. If it were just me and my family I'd do it but I want to be sure given it's not just my kids and don't want to deal with not getting back on the boat on time.
