  1. This can be avoided by checking your account daily. Any charge that appears you know is not correct address it at that moment. I found they usually take care of it before you get off the ship. I have heard of many who get unexpected and incorrect charges to your onboard account. And many because they don't know it is not a part of their cruise fare. I think when you go up to ANY counter and request something you should be told, this will be extra. Not just serve guest to then realize later they have this charge to the account. BE TRANSPARENT!
  2. My Experience, busy pool area, just wanted to relax a couple of hours, waited for like an hour by two empty chairs. so, I went to grab one, then interrupted abruptly by a couple who were standing at a nearby table, who I might add for the hour I waited. Literally not using the chairs for over an hour hovering like hawks. But not using the chairs. This has been years ago, and the experience still hangs with me. I'm very shy person and not aggressive. So, during my vacation I really didn't get to use the chairs near the pool. Just update I'm not so shy now. I've learned how to deal with those who act in bad taste. You just let them know! Maybe in their mind they will then think about how they are acting. I'm in a service business, I understand about making people happy, but you can't let others interfere and act unruly and ruin other people trying to enjoy the surroundings. So my thoughts are there are more other NON RUDE people than RUDE people, so just reprimand them. This is not their home no matter if you paid to be on the ship or not. You are in a public space.
