Just got off Oasis 2 hours ago. We were able to make calls and use messenger through Facebook.

When you pay extra for a lobster tail at the MDR(surcharge) or Chops, is it still the same measly tail...or is it a nice sized tail?

When are you cruising? I have a reservation for Giovanni's on Oasis in 2 weeks.

It's a 2 prong plug. My hair dryer has 3 but never gives me an issue on cruises.

Once you dock in Cape Canaveral(1st stop on Oasis), can you turn the airplane mode off to check e mails?

Mine burnt out the first night of my cruise in April...and I lost my scrunchies! I was walking around with frizzy hair the entire trip. First world Problems!🙄LOL

I think they were trying to blame it on the straightener. A maintenance guy came in...stuck something into the socket...and said "it's okay".

So your thinking my straightener was on the fritz? I had used this straightener for a year and never had a problem. I guess it was just coincidental. Thanks for the response!

In April while onboard Freedom, my hair straightener was destroyed while in use. Everytime I turned it on, 30 seonds later it automatically turned off. When I managed to get it working, sparks came out of the socket and blew out my straightener. Now I'm going on the Oasis in 2 weeks, and I'm wondering if it's the sockets onboard. Don't want a repeat of what happened. Should I use an extension cord(being that they give me one for a CPAP machine)?

Booked on June 30th as well, I'm afraid they are going to change or cancel it with July disappearing!

Probably the same but I'm not positive. I had the filet at both. The seasoning was better, and it was soooo tender at Giovanni's. I was tempted to get pasta, but opted for the filet because I had heard that theirs is really good!

The new and improved Giovanni's Kitchen! On our last cruise, the Filet Mignon was far superior in Giovannis compared to Chops Grille.

If you go on the cruise planner and choose Blue Lagoon Beach break, it gives the option of 10:30 or 12. I think they are staggering the times. It seems to me that they randomly chose people to move to the 12:00.

That's exactly what I'll do. I'm cruising on Oasis again early next summer, however they are not arriving to Nassau until 1:00 according to the itinerary. I've cruised to nassau atleast 10 times...and I can't seem to make it to Blue Lagoon! I guess its just not in the cards!

I went ahead and cancelled! Honestly, it doesn't really matter if Royal is docking late or the excursion changed its time. Bottom line!...I'm not paying close to $200 for 2 hours of beachtime!

I have booked through the cruise planner. How would I verify this change? Even though I received an Email, the RCCL site still says 8:00AM.

I have an excursion for Blue Lagoon that day. Do they ever change the time back to it's original, or are we truly arriving at 12? Also, can I get a refund because now it's not worth it!!

I couldn't agree with you more! These vouchers are much more valuable!
