  1. When I was watching they actually raised the rates before the sale to make the prices during the sale look lower (even though they were still slightly higher than previous. Sneaky and poor practice IMO. I would guess the prices will go up after the sale (mine are actually quite a bit more today than before or during the 'sale'). If they do go down, you could always cancel and rebook (as long as there is availability).
  2. First time on Princess and I'm wondering how many people find the lighting to be good enough for applying make up? Should I plan to bring a travel mirror/light? We haven't cruised in a number of years and previously often did my make-up outside of the bathroom (desk/vanity), since we have 4 in our room I anticipate it will be the same this time (we are in a mini suite if that matters).
  3. I believe I've also heard people use these on planes for the back of seat screens when they only have Bluetooth headphones - so could be multi use if you also could use it there
  4. Is it possible to pair Bluetooth headphones with the cabin TVs? We are in a mini suite on Regal, if that makes a difference. Hubby likes to stay up later than the rest of us and it makes it so much easier if he can use headphones to watch TV

  7. I've read in several threads people preferring the beds set up as twins vs queen because it gives more room around the sleeping 'area'. I thought it would be fun to hear from people who travel as part of a couple - which set up do you prefer and why?

  9. I was able to get in just now. Another thought is to try a different browser or an incognito window - - we often have problems and this helps.

  11. Update - they credited our credit card for the difference the next day so it worked great to cancel and rebook
  12. It applied it all as credit as we were rebooking - so the amount due was $0 each time. There isn't anywhere (we could find) that showed how much credit is currently available after the cancelations/rebooks, hopefully once their system processes it all it will show up somewhere. Someone above mentioned they will refund the difference to our credit card after a few days, I'll try to remember to update to confirm. We did have some problems with their site erroring out (also previously mentioned). We had one 'normal' page open to do the cancelations and then an incognito window open to rebook after we canceled each one. No problems getting it to work in the incognito window.
  13. Thanks all! We were able to cancel and rebook all of our excursions and saved almost $300! WooHoo!!
  14. Awesome! Glad it helped. Question - did it show you how many spots were left for the excursions in your account? We are trying to decide if we should take the risk (of loosing our spot) or not
  15. When I login on my account it showed it on a banner. I think it's only for certain locations/areas
