I wish!!  I've been Prime for years and hubby Signature for years and get zilch.  Dozens of inquiries have produced nothing. 😬

You need to talk with Club Royale and see why. I remember when I first made Prime I wasn't getting offers and called and they didn't have my most recent mailing addy and corrected it. Since then my mailbox gets blown up (NOT COMPLAINING) with between my wife and I around 6 offers a month.

Not very appealing at all.  Hopefully they will find a way to throw a bone to a broader audience or this will be only good for a small percentage of casino patrons.  Even a decent % off for hotel rooms and staterooms would make it newsworthy.

Hard Rock Tampa have done several free cruise certificate promos for their Icon level members over the past year for a free short cruise on Royal. So they have at least thrown out a bone in the past for other than top level. But I would have thought they would have offered an annual Icon level sailing also with this new relationship.

I got an email two days ago. Club Royale Signature and Master's level get a complimentary annual stay at select Hard Rock hotels. One player posted that they called, and it is up to 3 nights complimentary stay, must be completed by March 31, 2025. He booked at the Hard Rock Hollywood for before his July cruise. Resort fees are waived, and Signature gets $300 food/spa credit, while Masters gets $600.

So the relationship looks to be pretty much only benefiting the very most top tiers. I guess that Royal must have only sent e-mails out to Signature and Masters. I would have thought that Prime would at least get something.....as well as I thought that Icon (next to highest tier at Hardrock) would have at least got an annual 3 night interior cabin sailing. Just an FYI....Icon level members at Hard Rock get 3 free night stays at resorts offered all the time. Just like Prime members at Royal are offered 3 and 4 night sailings constantly.

  4. So it looks like they finalized the relationship and benefits between Royal Caribbean International and Hard rock....at least on the Hard Rock side. Looks pretty lackluster unless you are a top tier X card holder at Hard Rock. X Card holders get a annual complimentary 7 night sailing in a balcony or $2500 towards any sailing of your choice. Not seeing any Hard Rock benefits for any level Royal Caribbean casino members.

It could be that they have never had an account. It's possible to search these forums without having one. I know I've seen in the past where someone says they are a "longtime lurker" but first time poster.

If it weren’t for Face and Touch ID, I’d be in trouble.  In fact, that’s probably why so many people don’t know their passwords. It’s like not knowing phone numbers because of speed dial and contact names.

And uses "notahappycruiser" as a user name....I don't buy it.

I noticed a few people doing that lately. Sometimes they are making up the story to stir things up,  or they have been banned.  I do have a friend who has been on 40 cruises and when he has a booking he creates a new account because he does not post in between bookings and he forgets his username and password. He finds it asier to sign up for a new account.

I just seems odd to me that someone who says they research the "rules and forums" and posts a very very detailed account of their experience would have not kept track of their username or password.

Your post is similar to several I have posted concerning Icon…no Boardwalk and no Solarium are big negatives in my book. I probably liked Icon a little more than you did, but Oasis class ships are much better in my book. However, I realize Icon is targeted at younger adults with families, not someone in their late 50s like me (closing on 60 fast).

We can add those Infinite balcony cabins to the list also🤨

I must have said to my wife at least a million times today already how lucky we are to be on this ship sailing comped through the casino. I actually got goosebumps a few times.

I ignore the Icon offers....no interest in what I call SpongeBob of the Seas. I love Oasis class and have over 20 Oasis class sailings and still counting under my belt. But when Royal designed Icon Class....it was families on steroids that must have been in mind. Having grown kids and in my 60's I have 0 interest in Icon class. They ruined the Boardwalk...they eliminated the Solarium...and made it into a floating CoCoCay kiddie park.

I use this https://clubroyaleoffers.com/ but I'm finding it's better to call to book. I used the redeem form but it's been over a day. I wonder if the spots are filling up while I wait. But I find I see offers on the website before I get the email.

Also, it looks like some offers you can book yourself on the website. The offer type:

"AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS THROUGH RCCL.COM" I haven't done it but is there a downside to doing this instead of calling?

So far I've booked every offer (4), am I blowing up my player rating for future offers? This is after earning Prime on my last cruise for the first time ever. I haven't taken a cruise since.

For the "available online bookings" those are great...they allow you to go right online...chose your cabin and book it yourself. No downside that I have seen.

I believe the credit if it's from the Casino it will show up when you start playing.  No T&F is strange.  Maybe since you are such a good Casino client 😊they are eating it.

If by "credit" you are referring to your freeplay....no it wouldn't automatically show up when you start playing....you must go to the casino host and have them download it onto your account. I wish they would have it that it was automatically downloaded.

I saved $81 on one of our cruises today.  Saved a ton on our cruises over the last week, so very happy.

Yup....3 price drops over the past week on my Utopia sailing has now totally erased my $270 upgrade fee for my comp interior to an ocean balcony. An ocean balcony is now priced below the least expensive interior.

We settled on the Embassy Suites Orlando Airport.  There are a few restaurants/bars near the airport so there is no need to wander around I-Drive.  I'll make a quick trip to Corona, and Total Wine, then spend the majority of our time enjoying the hotel and the surrounding area.

You cant go wrong with Corona and Total Wine

Hello, we have Hooked Seafood booked for first day lunch, however in the app, opening time said it is opened at 5pm.

Does anyone that have been on Symphony know if it opened for lunch on embarkation day?

    TIA

What time are you booked for? I don't think they would allow you to book a reservation for a time that they are not open. It just doesn't make sense.

Don't be so sure...Royal app and website is riddled with glitches. IMO it's a mistake as I haven't heard of Hooked being open on embarkation day for lunch. I recently just read about someone that had the same happen with booking Chops for an embarkation lunch.

Exactly what we do.  I was very fortunate recently when I booked our annual Prime cruises I was able to upgrade both of them for $0 to an XB (OV balcony GTY) on SY.  Woohoo !

We just also did the same on a SY sailing;) for next year....no idea what will be 10 months out....it was a $12 total upgrade for both.

    …as long as you haven’t upgraded it…

    😂😂

Thats exactly why I don't go crazy on upgrading a casino offer....wouldn't pay more than I would want to risk loosing. What I like to do if it's an interior offer for say like an assigned 4V (lowest category interior) is find a sailing that currently is offering a balcony guaranty thats within dollars difference of the 4V. That way you upgraded and are still safe if you end up having to cancel.

True. I guess the OP did state deposit so I didn’t really think it through. I have never booked through casino and I thought they may have paid to upgrade but I suppose you do all that at the end?

I was more fixated on the suggestion of changing names, which I don’t think you can do with casino bookings even if one person remains in name and is a no show- I believe the casino person actually has to sail?

Yes....the person who "has the offer" has to sail...the second person can be changed as long as you didn't combine offers.
