  1. I just made GOAL last week! I will be on an Alaskan cruise in May. I not only follow WW but I eat Whole Food Plant Based No Oil (WFPBNO) for my heart. I had a heart attack and stent placed last March 20th and made drastic changes because all my blood work 'numbers' were good two weeks prior to my heart attack. So 'normal healthy' range is not enough for me. I had 70% blockage in my LAD (the widow maker) and 55% in a branch of my circumflex that I hope clears due to my diet and lifestyle changes. I plan to use the WW app and Dr. Greger's app (daily dozen) to keep on track on the cruise. No meat/eggs/dairy/cheese is easy for me but the no oil will be the challenge on the cruise. I use white balsamic vinegar for a salad dressing and I plan on bringing a bottle of it with me. I hope it doesn't get me sent to the naughty room! I also plan to walk each day to keep my cardio up and get my steps in. If I gain, I know it will come right back off!
  2. I think I would like to try a beer tasting. I have had no luck talking anyone in to doing it with me in the past. I always try to sign up for wine tastings on embarkation day because they can fill up fast. I have shown up and been told that they are full.
  3. We can usually finish the bottle at dinner or take it with us for the rest of the evening.
  4. I have ALWAYS brought my own hole punch and made about 3 holes to make an oblong hole to use with my retractable clip. I keep it attached to me and secure that way.
  5. Congratulations! I cannot imagine the time it takes to spend on CC to get to the numbers I see by some posters. LOL Maybe when I retire...
  6. I have 'insuredmytrip' for an European vacation and the rate was quite expensive I thought. You can purchase travel insurance (not trip cancellation insurance) from NCL after final payment is due quite cheaply. I believe that it pays for medical evacuation/treatment if necessary.
  7. Go to the Spa as soon as you board and purchase. I usually purchase pre-cruise online now, as there is a discount.
  8. I think I will make up laminated signs that say "CAUTION - BIOHAZARD" and place on the chair the night before that I want in addition to the 'caution' tape. LOL
