  3. Had a 2 night break at Studley Castle, entertainment was held out side which was ok but the evenings were cold.later in the evening they had a an almost live show that had been recorded at the castle.Meals  were all table service and all tables 2 mts apart you kept same table for stay,Food was hot and a good choice,i understand normally its a buffet resturant.Didn t use pool etc but it was open

We were in a patio room which was quiet and a lot larger than a ships cabin  all in all it was a nice short break would revisit for a longer break next time

People on phones (anywhere) not only can talk too loudly, they also seem to have no idea their conversations are divulging their private info to strangers. On one flight, everyone in a departure lounge at BWI was treated to a 20 minute loud harrangue by a guy who was yelling about his renovation contractor. About 35 people learned his business name, phone number, home address, how long he was going to be gone, and the info about when the contractor could get into his house.

I listen with glee when people read out there credit card details

  7. We were staying in Lisbon in October and caught the train from Rossio station, try to get to Sintra as early as possible as it get really busy,,you can buy a train /bus ticket at ticket office, will need to catch the bus from Sintra station but can walk through the park to the palace,There are card operated machines to buy tickets into Sintra park,we were luckily staying a 2 min walk from station,i would take a taxi from port to station to save time, there are 2 trains an hour, the walk back from station is easier than walk up from dock as all down hill

I've always wondered about this idea of using separate bags for white and dark clothes. Do they really keep them separate when they wash them with everybody else's stuff? After all, most people don't keep them separate. Do they sort through the laundry and separate lights and darks before throwing them into those huge industrial washing machines?  Perhaps someone who's taken one of those behind-the-scenes tours that includes the laundry facilities can answer that...

I repair those large machines, they will mark the clothes with a tag, then put them in a laundry net bag then throw them in the machine together, possibly a 60c wash then put them in the drier on a hot dry as all steam operated so not a lot of temperature control. So dont send any delicates or runny colours, you can hand wash them or not bother
