Coffee and Tea are available 24/7 in the buffet areas, along with 24 hr softserve ice cream.
The buffet usually opens at 6:30 with a Continental Breakfast, and then full breakfast from 7:00 - 9:30.
Coffee Shops (Specialty coffee which is pay to use unless you have Cheers) is usually open 6:00 AM

Just of the Conquest in Aug with an Awesome Cruise. Here are my answers:
1) Is there a bar up top with a view? Both bars on Lido have views nearby.
2) Comedy Club. Is there more then 1 comedian a night? Usually just one comedian each night.
3) Do they have an omelet station in the buffet in the morning? There are actually two omelet stations. One inside the buffet area, and then another just in back of the buffet in the Aft Pool area. Few know of this one, and rarely a line.
4) Smoking areas? Yes, they had a quite large, comfortable smoking area.
5) Do you have a favorite spots? Loved the Piano Bar and Sports Bar. Great entertainment.
6) How are the shows? We enjoyed the shows.
7) Do the drink packages ever go on sale? No, the drink packages do not go on sale. We did get the package and enjoyed it. Really enjoyed that it now includes specialty coffees, milkshakes, power aide, etc. As already mentioned, you save $5 per day buying it in advance.
-
No you don't have to buy the drink package. It's a choice. If you are just having a drink or 2 then you are better off just paying the per drink price each time you get a drink. If you are going to drink 5-6 or more per day, and everyone 21 or older in your cabin is also drinking that much, then the package is a better deal.

FTTF will show up under excursions. Look their and you'll probably find it.
-
Recently off the Conquest and our luggage was actually at the door prior to us getting there at 12:30.
-
I would request a new PVP. While this should show on your boarding passes, does it appear in your excursions part of your reservation?
-
I have always found plenty of excursion reviews on Carnival's website. When you look at the description of the excursion, then you can see reviews. Has always helped me choose excursions.

With the Suite you get priority embarkation, but no early access to the room. That feature alone makes it work it for me. As stated in other replies, the cost depends on the ship and length of cruise. This was a 4 day cruise, so $49.95.
-
Highly recommend purchasing it on-line prior to getting on the ship. $49.95 plus 15% or 54.95 plus 15%. Purchasing it on-line puts you way ahead to start with.
-
I would recommend keeping FTTF if getting to your room quickly is important. Though you get priority boarding, you do not get early access to your room (you have to wait until 1:30 lugging your carry on luggage with you). With FTTF, your room is guaranteed ready when you get on the ship.

Yes, for me 8-10 diet cokes. Yes, I tip a dollar (cash) with each drink and got fabulous service. You can also put an extra tip on your sail and sign card, but those tips have to be shared with all of the bartenders, servers etc. Cash they get to keep. That said, I still got good service from bartenders that didn't know me yet. They are busy, but generally not a long wait to get a drink.
-
Unfortunately no package, but they are available for purchase. The milkshakes were $3.95 and it goes on their sail and sign card. Keep in mind though that free soft serve ice cream is available 24 hours a day on the Lido deck.
-
I was just on the Conquest, and there was certainly an ATM in the Casino near the cashiers cage. However, $6.00 transaction fee.
-
About the sodas, most bars it was a warm can poured into a glass with ice. However, at the Sky Box Sports Bar, the cans were cold. Most times he did open the can, but a few times he just handed it to me. That was nice, but I think the norm is for them to open them, but I think you can ask.
-
Totally agree, that benefit alone is worth it for us.

Wife and I had Cheers on the Aug 3-7 Conquest cruise, our second cruise getting Cheers. For us it was well worth it.
We prepaid the Cheers (saves $5 a day), and had our first drink upon entering the ship. Averaged 8-10 alcoholic drinks a day. Plus 8-10 diet cokes a day. We were able to order sodas with our drinks each time. We did not have to wait 5 minutes before getting a soda with our drink.
Used the coffee bar 2-4 times a day. Got bottled water whenever we wanted. Plus milkshakes, Power Aides etc. Interestingly, we did have to wait 5 minutes between ordering a coffee and getting a water from the Coffee Bars. We also enjoyed the spiked coffee.
Lots of discussion on why both in a cabin shouldn't have to get it, but to us, just do the math and determine if it is better getting cheers or just ordering by the drink. Most drinks were in the $8.95 range, with beers around $6. Highest price drink we saw on any menu was $14. They may have higher drinks somewhere or off menu.
Only the alcoholic drinks count towards your 15 day limit. Sodas, coffees (non-spiked), waters, shakes etc do not count.
Feel free to ask any questions.

Agreed, but reminder, the suite doesn't get the early access to the room. Suites get priority embarkation, but not early entry. Last cruise we did have a suite and had FTTF.

Just on the Conquest Aug 3-7, our sixth cruise and our second cruise with FTTF. I know there is a lot of debate if it is worth it, but from our stand point, we will ALWAYS try and get FTTF. Well worth it for the benefits.
We arrived at the Port at 10:30. Passed our bags to the Porters (with tip of course). Made sure they saw the luggage tags had FTTF. We then entered the priority processing line. We went through the security checks (priority) with our carry-on sodas and bottles of wine, then were directed to one of the windows. She verified our documents, took our picture for the sail and sign cards, and directed us to the FTTF sitting area. We were seated by 10:45.
Shortly after 11:00, we were called to board. Went through two doors, and actually pinged into the ship from the port building, then up the ramp and onto the ship entering in the lobby area. Grabbed our first drink (Cheers prepaid) and headed up to our balcony room 8259 at 11:15.
As part of FTTF, we were able to enter the doors (there are signs saying not to enter until 1:30, but Diamond/Platinum and FTTF are welcome to go to our cabins. Arrived at our door and was pleasantly surprised as our luggage was already outside the door. Room was ready and so 11:20 we are in our room with our luggage. We quickly unpacked and then headed up to Lido for our first Guys Burger.
Half-Moon Cay day (tender port), we went to guest services at 8:00 and were escorted to and put on the tender right away. You get a letter in your cabin telling you where to go and when for priority tender. Awesome and easy.
Priority Debarkation- As part of FTTF, you get priority debarkation. We were given luggage tags for zone 2, and were called to debark at 7:40 (We had a 12:40 flight). Quckly located our luggage in the clearly marked zone area, and went through Customs. There was a significant line, but it moved fairly quickly. We were in a taxi headed to the airport by 8:30.
So again, maybe not for everyone, but well worth the $49. Will do it again in a heartbeat.
-
Yes, they did indeed have music trivia in the lobby. Very popular, and all seemed to have a great time. The Piano Bar was also awesome. They also did Karaoke in the back lounge. Lots of room, good selection.
-
Debarkation was smooth. They started self-assist at 6:30. We had zone 2 (FTTF), and was scheduled to report to the dining room at 8:00. However, they called for zones 1, and 2 at 7:40. We headed on down, retrieved our luggage, and proceeded through customs. There was a line, but it moved fairly quickly. They had 5 Customs agents waiting. We were in our Taxi by 8:15 headed to the airport.

Blarko,
We had FTTF. Arrived at the Port at 10:30. Went through Priority check-in and sitting in waiting area at 10:45. Got called to board just after 11:00. Was on the ship by 11:10, got my first drink (Cheers in advance), got to my room at 11:15 which was ready (FTTF benefit), and my luggage was already there (early luggage delivery - FTTF). Couldn't have been smoother. Those without FTTF were boarding by 11:30.
-
We did the Ultimate Island Snorkel and Beach Safari. Great excursion. They met us right off of the ship, total of 14 people (max is 16). Walked us to the boat just outside the Nassau Port Buildings. Took us out about 25 minutes. Snorkeled at one location with sea turtles for about 30 minutes, then over to a different reef teeming with fish of all kinds for 30 minutes, then to a small island beach for 30 minutes. The operators were great and very engaging.
-
Couple of quick clarifications:
1. That's one bottle of wine per person (two total for a couple).
2. FTTF cost depends on the length of the cruise. 4-5 day cruises is still $49.95. In any case, well worth it in my opinion. We just got off of the Aug 3-7 Conquest with FTTF with tremendous benefit. Priority check-in, early boarding, room ready upon boarding (11:15), early luggage delivery (our luggage was actually at the room when we got to the room). Priority tender, priority guest services.

We just got off a fabulous 4 Day Conguest Cruise to Half-Moon Cay and Nassau Aug 3-7. Will write a review later, but ask your questions. Sorry, no pics, but ship was nice.
We had:
FTTF - Definitely Worth It
Cheers - Definitely Worth It
Balcony - Yep Worth It.
Early Dining
Shows were great
Piano Bar was great.
CD Peter from Ireland was fantastic.

Agree totally with Pyrate13. Bartender can make your day. Larry in the EA Sportsbar and sometimes in the Atrium Bar was fantastic. Called me by name after the first visit, usually had what I wanted already made as he saw me come into the bar. This was AUG, so not sure he would still be on the Conquest. He may be on his vacation time.
