has anyone done the Salsa making excursion on NCL? Do you know what resort it is they take you to? Was it a good excursion?

We are on the Dawn leaving Feb 9. The tour was listed as an excursion and now its not showing up. We wondered if maybe it was full and they pulled the listing

NCL had Belikin Brewery Tour on our February trip and now the tour is not listed. Has anyone done the tour on their own and used a taxi? is it worth going to see? Its definitely good beer.

I am going on Paradise to Cozumel, with 6 adult (18 to 30) kids and one one grand daughter. Any suggestions how we all stay in touch or what to do on cruise. I was thinking signs on each door with a pen and leave notes? Everybody just go do their own things? Everyone is really excited
