I purchased OBC for my upcoming cruise online. Received an email from Amex about 15 min later. My credit came through.

If your phone is enabled for it, Verizon has an add-on feature that will let you use your regular text, phone & data services for $10 per day.
Same with AT&T. Each 24 hour period is $10.

We missed it on our Transatlantic last year. I had booked a bungalow and was looking forward to a day at the beach. They refunded my money immediately and we spent the day at the pool.

I believe that you are correct. Down and up as I recall.:(
Yes. I did this last year. I was prepared to pay for a private driver as I made no plans prior to arrival. I was traveling solo and wanted to see how tired I was.
I took the train to Trastavere, and changed trains to Civitavecchia. Everyone was helpful and it was easy. The trains were pretty empty so I kept my bags with me at my seat.
Yes, the worst part were the stairs in Civitavecchia. By that time I was exhausted, but I made it.
I’d probably take the train again, but now I know how it works.
But be warned, you are lifting/carrying your luggage yourself.

Received my credit for buying OBC today!
Did you book it online or call? I need to do this for my cruise next month.
Thanks

Thanks. Did you purchase online or did you call Princess?
I called them directly.

I did on last offer. No problem.

Me too. I booked OBC as I was after final payment. Credit was quick. I use a different card when I travel so leftover OBC went to that other card.

Joe Bananas limos. One of the best tours in Italy Naples). Included a stop in Pompeii where we had hired a private guide, Gaetano Manfredi.
Gaetano was recommended by Rick Steves. He arranged our meeting time with Joe Bananas.

It has worked for me in the past. But I also had the refund go to a different card as I don’t travel with my AMEX. But it is a refundable OBC.

I added it to my card when I noticed it this morning. I put down another $500 on a previously booked cruise so will report back if it works.
If it doesn't, I'll be booking another Princess cruise before the end of July.
Your credit should appear shortly after payment is processed. At least for me it has worked that way in the past.

Do you recall how you bought gift card? Another poster said they did no get credit. Also does anyone know of you buy onboard credit & don't use it all, is it refunded?
Yes. It is refunded to your card used on board. I don’t generally travel with my Amex, so the credit goes to a different account (which works).

Thanks. I will check later. I had looked after the first and it wasn’t there. Passed final payment date, so I will buy some on board credit. Hoping I have the offer[emoji3]

Yes, it appears to be much easier than I thought. We are thinking of having lunch in the area after our tour returns. Any recommendations???
I was going to recommend a wine bar around the corner from the coach station on Ebury St. But I just saw, they closed end of 2017.
I will see if I can think of something else in the area.

If you’ve never seen them, I highly recommend it. It is so amazing that they can pack and ship them.

It is really easy, although Victoria station is quite large. I stayed between the train and coach stations. Great area!

I took a tour of Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath via Viator. The tour company that runs it (cannot remember their name) was slightly more. Pickup was Victoria coach station. They dropped us off near our hotels.
Great tour, long day, and I would go back to Windsor again as it wasn’t enough time.

I am booked at Days Inn downtown Vancouver. Inexpensive by Vancouver standards (from my research). It runs about $300 CAD, at least at the time I am booked.
I’ve never been to Vancouver and booked based on location.

Not sure if this qualifies as a travel agent, but check out, or Google, Autism of the Seas. Might find some helpful information on there.
Yes, contact them. Is it called Autism at Seas? My cousin said they were extremely helpful in getting her in contact with the right people.

Yes, this is disappointing to us. We did just book a NCL cruise to try it out, but we are so used to Celebrity , which includes bottled water and specialty coffees, etc. that I'm a bit afraid I'll be disappointed. While some may prefer Tap water, I do not. I do not drink it at home, so why should I on vacation? Just a preference. I do see that NCL offers some sort of bottled water package so will check into that and maybe use our on board credit......I do think that NCL is just a money grab on this issue, but that's me.
I agree. I have sailed NCL but know that they only serve Pepsi products and their specialty coffee isn’t in any beverage package. I did drink the tap water (brought flavoring), didn’t drink Pepsi and only had one coffee a day. I do love the refreshment/replenish beverage packages on Celebrity and Royal.
I will sail NCL again, but I know what I need to do.

I would not risk that tight of a timeframe to get to any airport on a weekday where it involves the San Diego (aka the 405) freeway. And yes, right before the holidays, the airport will be crazy. I would either go later in the day or the next day if you want an earlier flight.

The National Express Coach from Victoria is just as good and a lot cheaper. http://www.nationalexpress.com/cheap-coach-tickets.aspx
I did this. I found a great B&B near Victoria station. I could take the bus from the airport to Victoria coach station and then a few days later, national express to Southampton. It was a short cab tide from Southampton bus station to the ship. Well worth staying in London.

Does not exclude onboard credit purchase. I’ve done that. Buy an OBC prior to my cruise. I too was past final payment.
