Did the 4 hour Dzibilchaltun Mayan Ruins for $59.99 thru carnival and Auto Progreso had it for $29.99. Had a $66 OBC that payed for several DOD's. This is a very nice program Carnival is running.

What was your cabin number? Looks like a wrap around balcony. Looked really nice. My wife and I took our first cruise on the Glory. Very nice ship.

That gets to you in on-board credit? Can you use that money for gratuities?

It showed up as onboard credit. I don't know if you can use it for gratuities. I don't see why not.

Did the Dzibilchaltun ruins thru carnival and used the Price Guarantee using Autoprogresso's 4 hour excursion as the match and saved 33 dollars per person. Also ahold have bought our souvenir's at Progresso because they are about 1/3 the price compared to Cozumel.

I have the files, just have to figure out how to upload them without loosing resolution. The PDF files are too large per CC's requirements.

Although I'm sure you mean well, the truth is that those trinkets are not going to feed these employee's families back home.

 

Of course they're going to say they love these trinkets, they won't want to appear ungrateful. But tip in cash and save them the fake smile and fake thank you. :o

We also tip $$ to the guys at the omelet station that we get every morning. Love these guys!! And I never seem to see anyone else tipping. Maybe they wait until the last day.

My wife on past cruises has brought playing cards, cozies, hats ect. that have local touristy stuff on them and used these for tipping the room steward and wait staff. We also given extra $$ along with it. My question is has any one else done this or something similar?

She heard that the staff really like this. I just do not want to insult anyone by doing this.

From what I seen online she is not going to get any of the 2.0 upgrades! I maybe wrong dw and myself was looking to go on her next spring but wondered the same thing and was hoping they would have :eek:put a guys on her but:rolleyes: from what im reading she is getting nothing!!
