I did as you suggested and called my TA. She got the OBC and dinner with zero issues. Thanks for letting us know about this benefit and how to access it. I never would have tried otherwise.

It looks like you have to book the cruise through AmEx travel for the Platinum benefit as well as pay with the card. Am I not reading this correctly? Valid for new bookings of voyages of at least five nights made through American Express Travel.
