I had to cancel an April cruise and booked for a September one.   All my payments, minus my original deposit of $100 (50.00 pp), were refunded. Carnival sent me a form to fill out if I paid more than 50.00 pp they would refund that also. They didn't transfer my payments; they sent me an e-gift card.

I added five e-cards to my account via the kiosk. We didn't use all the funds, and Carnival sent me an email with an e-card about three days after our cruise.

You can order a new birth certificate by using https://www.vitalchek.com/. It isn't the cheapest way, but you can order one from Texas, and they UPS or Fedex it to you.

I feel like I should know the answer but I am not 100%. Can you order the same drink from any bar? Example, can I order a beachcomber( Red Frog Rum Bar menu) at the atrium bar or at the Havana Bar? Maybe not at the Alchemy Bar but at the others?

AARP but you have to be a member to receive the 10%, I just purchased some today.

Horizon also has Teppanyaki and sushi, Vista only has sushi. If that matters to you

It is a large shuttle like the ones hotels use at the airport.

Early Dec, 2022 we rented from Avis. We dropped off at their downtown 2nd st location. They offered a free shuttle to the port.

I purchased mine this morning and it let me pick my check in time for 9:00am. 

If your ship as a Java Blue you can get a cold one there.

I have onboard credit that I am going to use to pay them. I always prepay but for my cruise in December I decided to wait. Besides having them paid and out of the way when I pay off my cruise, is there another reason to pre-pay them?

In April, 2022 we stated in excell suite 9357. We had a roof,  privacy, a dining table and 2 loungers on the balcony. It was a big room, huge bathroon and we loved the balcony. The only slight down fall which we were ok with, we got the base noise from Grand Central. It stopped around 10 pm.

It is a hot tub but not a hot hot tub. It is cooler than most hot tubs but hotter than the pools on the ship.

We stayed in one a couble weeks and we were not charged, only tip.

The cabana's are comfotable. The loft 19 area is nice. The cabana guests are well taken care of by the loft 19 staff. There are 2 hot tubs that overlook Serenity area. The hot tubs are a nice temp and when we were onboard they weren't crowed even when all the cabana's were rented. Lots of comfortable loungers. The staff will get you lunch, bring snacks, drinks, towels, fruit... It does get windy. The flooring that is on deck 16 17 18 and 19 gets extreamly hot!! 

We learned last week that they had to move my son's prom from May to April 23,2022. We will just be getting off our cruise Carnival Mardi Gras on that day. I worked with Delta and the only flight we could get back to Indy before prom leaves at 11:25 am. We were using Go Port but they don't have a shuttle that runs to MLB (we were originally flying out of MCO). Is it possible to get to MLB by 10:00 am? Would you recommend uber, lyft or another shuttle company? Carnival wouldn't quarantee we would make our flight using their shuttle service.We do have TSA pre-check.

Is there a way to add a gift card before you sail? Or does customer service have to do it once you board? Can you add it with the HUB app?

I believe if you cruise during or after March 2022 you can use your OBC before you cruise. If you cruise before March 2022 you have to wait to use your OBC while on the ship.

There is another post about FTTF. Carnival has suppended the program until they get all the changes that are going to happen with the terminals.

Is  Cucina Del Capitano always booked? I was going to book it online but they wanted payment now and I wanted to use our OBC.

I never knew it went into a pool for everyone. The other cruises we have been on we ate in the MDR every night and I assumed our tips went just to our wait staff in the MDR. We always tipped extra on the last night.  I am sorry I assumed it worked like the American restaurants, the wait servers get paid a lower wages because they get tips and the fast food workers (guys burgers and such) get paid a more because they don't get tips.  Thank you all for enlightening me. This will teach me not to assume.
