I have been Platinum for 11 cruises, and have only received my luggage at 1:30 one time. I was on a cruise 2 weeks ago, and I received it at 6 p.m. I always sail out of Miami.

Eat real healthy foods. Chicken breast, lean meats, breast, fish, eggs, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potatoes. Bake all your foods, use onions, garlic, and black pepper instead of salt. Drink lots of water, do cardio, and train with weights!
Friend lost 40 lbs...only to gain most of it back.

Moderation; not deprivation! Eat healthy 80% of the time, Enjoy yourself 20% of the time, and exercise ALL OF THE TIME! Include all food groups and eat balanced meals, train with weights, and do cardio.
