We are traveling in 2 weeks out of Rome, and having had COVID in early July, we decided to get a Certificate of Recovery just in case. We submitted the request to our physician, specifically requesting the test results from our PCR taken there, and a letter outlining we are good for travel.
I just opened the letter. On the top half, he confirmed the PCR results as positive on July 7th, and on the bottom half, noted my full recovery, no symptoms and deemed me safe for travel. I was hoping for the official printout of “PCR SARS-COVID positive” like some places provide, but apparently, they can’t provide that. They can only confirm on the letter.
His confirmation of the positive PCR test taken, and the “good for travel” with his signature at the bottom should be fine, yeah?
I called Celebrity, and all they said was “we just need to see the test result and that you’re good for travel” but noted without seeing the form, they can’t say yes or no (understandable).
Am I worrying too much?! So stressful!
