No I’ve never seen Fevertree mixers on NCL. They don’t have a flavoured Gin either. My favourite currently is Rhubarb with ginger. So I get a Gunners (G&T with cranberry juice) on a cruise . I cant tell the difference in the Gin or mixer brand then.

Afaik, the only bar on NCL that has fever tree is the A-List bar

Pretty pedestrian. It's a custard. And like the dinosaurs, its time has come to an end. Like fish fingers.

NCL continues to evolve their menus for the contemporary cruiser. The millennials that make up the next generation of cruisers that will sustain the business into the future. The bowl of flan just doesn't fit the image of "fine dining" any longe

The buñuelos dessert from Los lobos was so disappointing, just tasted like pancakes. The dinner was very good though

I was just searching for alternatives in Kelowna yesterday and found LifeLabs which seems to have recently started offering a number of testing options in B.C.  It appears to operate mainly out of Shoppers Drug Mart locations including one on Kane Road in Kelowna.  They charge $60.00 + tax for a rapid antigen test which is half the cost of what the outfit at YLW charges.  Regards,  Paul

    Predeparture – LifeLabs

Where are you seeing availability in BC? The $60 test looks like Ontario only

Where are they on the site? I've looked everywhere (except obviously where they actually are!)

You have to look under your booking / explore and plan/ then dining. When you click on the restaurant there is a menu there to download- this is only for specialty restaurants

We are flying out of YVR  on December 16th down to LA for a cruise on the Bliss.  The Okanagan testing clinic in Penticton are asking $150 + GST for the antigen test.

There is a place at YVR that is $130, they say results in 5 minutes. Hate paying so much knowing its $20 in Alberta and Ontario.

Just noticed that NCL has added the following statement regarding Mixed Vaccines for ships leaving from a US port:

A mixed vaccination protocol of only Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna combinations (mRNA vaccines) with a minimum interval of 28 days.

My daughter and her husband are Pfizer/Moderna vaccinated 60 days apart.  I wrote directly to the CEO, Harry Sommer, and he responded that they are good to go.

The thing that concerns me, is the line above which still reads:

"Mixed vaccination protocol will not be accepted (i.e. Pfizer + Moderna or AstraZeneca + Pfizer, etc)."
