Can you switch dates (either earlier or later) when you have a non refundable deposit? Cruise it the same just a different date.
-
Probably after final payment dates for December.
But there are cruises booked for November with final payment sooner.

Any idea when RCCL would post about further delays? I can’t remember when the last one was.

We booked a 12/24/20, 4 nt out of Ft Lauderdale. Curious as to what you think are the chances it sails?

Sorry, very confused by your post. I thought the order was extended through Sept. 30th. What does this mean Not a very well thought out group ? and Poor Poor Planning? To what are you referring?
Extension was only thru the 15th originally. They won’t open until 2021

So our August trip was cancelled. I used a future cruise credit for $300 and paid $477 for the remainder. Based on email below I received am I getting 125% on total price or just the amount I paid in cash? Too me it reads I’m getting 125% on the full price.
1. 125% Future Cruise Credit: We’re providing you with a 125% Future Cruise Credit to re-book a new cruise by December 31, 2021 for sailings departing on or before April 30th, 2022.
This amount will be based on your total cruise fare paid. And, we’re giving you a little extra, knowing that this is such a unique circumstance.
We will automatically issue you your Future Cruise Credit by July 31st, 2020 via email. So, there’s nothing for you to do!
Taxes & fees and any RoyalUp upgrades will be automatically refunded. Current refund processing is around 45 days. We are working as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience.
Please note:
If you opted into the Cruise with Confidence 100% Future Cruise Credit, this offer does not apply.
And, if you previously used a Future Cruise Certificate, you’ll receive a new Future Cruise Certificate. This will be for 125% of any new monies paid on this sailing, plus the reactivated value of your original certificate at 100% of its value, with an expiration date of December 31, 2021 and a sail by date of April 30, 2022.

How long after you cancel a drink package do you see the refund on your credit card?

I don't see anywhere where the poster said they already cancelled, just that it looks like their sailing will be cancelled because Royal pulled it from sale (plus the industry is shut down until September). They should get offered 125% as soon as Royal officially cancels it.
Thanks!!!!!

You will not get 125% because RC did not cancel your sailing. You cancelled to early. Not being able to book August is not an official cancellation. As of today, RC only announced sailings are cancelled through July 31st.
You are eligible for a 100% FCC. Although you cancelled, you may be able to call and lift and shift. RC is under no obligation to do this as your reservation is now cancelled.
I didn’t cancel just found out from news that our cruise is cancelled

Until Royal officially cancels the cruise, the options will be listed on their website. Don’t be too quick and cancel on your own, or you may just get the standard 100% FCC.
Looks like cancelled as I just checked and you can’t book August anymore. Does that mean a 125% credit?

What happens now? Do I get 125% credit? Lift and shift? Curious how it works. Thanks

We have a quick 3 nt cruise out of Miami on 8/8 and hoping it’s a go. Anyone have an idea what the max passenger capacity would be when they start sailing again?

I always go back and forth on this - I want to be on board starting my vacation, but I don't want to have to lug my carry-ons around for a couple hours waiting for rooms to open. It would be nice to go straight to our room for once, and drop the bags off immediately. Ultimately, my impatience wins out and we always show up early. 🙄
We NEVER bring carry ins since room isn’t available until 1:00. We check everything and enjoy the ship while watching others lug their luggage around!!!

Also you can show up whenever you'd like and should have no problem getting in to check-in or on board depending on when they start boarding. They are only suggested times.
Thanks
Thats what I thought but just wanted to make sure. We like to board early to have lunch and explore and it’s usually very quiet which is nice.

I completed our online check-in yesterday and the earliest option to choose of when we would be getting to the ship was 1:30 to 2 o’clock. Why have they change the options as we usually get to the ship between 11 and 11:30.
This is for Independence of the seas leaving Fort Lauderdale on March 23

Just finished our check in for a 3/23 cruise and the only paper to print was a sign and sail with no signature required? Am I missing something since when we cruised in November it was the paper we had to sign.
Thanks

Does anyone have pics or link to recent Majesty dinner menus for their 5 night Key West, Cuba overnight cruise?

I am trying to find where we can request beds together/apart on website and am having no luck. I am a C&A member and have found it before but now I can't.
Can someone guide me please?

We live in Ft Lauderdale. The things you bring do you just give to your tour guide?

When Cruise Critic switched to the new forum software a few weeks ago they stopped supporting the mobile app.
Thank you so I guess no more mobile app. That stinks!!!!!

We have tour with him in a few weeks. Did you bring items for locals. He mentioned toiletries and I'm wondering what to bring and how much? He mentioned the possiblitiy of items being confiscated so I was wondering what you did.
-
I haven't been able to use the mobile app for a while. I try to log in and it says LOG IN FAIL THE OPERATION COULDN'T BE COMPLETED (FORUM SSO ERROR 2).
I know I'm using the right username and password since I signed in on my laptop to post. I've deleted app and downloaded again and still get the same message.
Anyone else dealing with this issue or know how to resolve?

We are doing a private tour with Blexie and he mentioned toiletries are good items to bring. How much should we bring (I'm thinking travel size).
I'm also concerned about items being confiscated when we get off the boat. Any recommendations? Also, who do we give the items to?
