  1. Yeah! Thanks to all for your replies. Hopefully winds will die down a bit as we are hoping for that Perfect Day this Sunday. 😎😎
  2. Hoping someone currently on board and confirm if they are docking there today and how the conditions are? Thanks in advance.
  3. I have been watching the pricing and today, it shows on my cruise planner as Buy One - Get One 50% off. When I add to cart, check out shows $382.32 USD. IS that correct? Yesterday, it showed as $54 per person, per day and at check out, $382.32 but did not a have the BOGO label on it. Is this right? TIA!
  4. Following as well. We (3 couples) board YC Seaside in Feb and I am also looking at getting the internet package and laundry package (as we will jump to a different cruise line for a 2nd cruise). Enjoy your cruise and safe travels down to Miami!
  5. I thought there was a specific phone number for this department however I googled and searched and can't find it? Can anyone advise what the number is? Thank You.
  6. Hi Bob - if you get a free upgrade from a balcony to a Junior Suite (Symphony of the Seas) at check in at pier (which we did this week - Whoo hoo), do you still get dinner at Coastal Kitchen and the extra C&A?
  7. We had lunch yesterday at Can Majo. We already knew their paella was a house speciality so 3 of us had that. Waiter suggested the fish John Dory to the 4th person. When asked what that was or how it was prepared he was unable to explain, but we ordered it. Was not impressed with the paella but maybe that’s due to living in Miami many years? Did not taste the fish but it looked quite bland. Expensive for what you get. Honestly, can’t recommend. But again, loved 9 Nine for dinner last year.
  8. We were in Barcelona Sept 2017 and had dinner at 9 Nine. It was fantastic but you need a reservation. We are currently on a cruise and have a res for lunch at Can Majo. I received goof feedback on TA about it. Will try to report back.
  9. Great Review. Question on La Spezia - did you have to exchange your online train ticket or have it validated before boarding the train?
  10. hi Cruisers- looking for a restaurant with good tapas for lunch on Sundays. In researching online, many are closed on Sunday for lunch. Any suggestions/ideas? Thanks in advance!
  11. HI Caribbeanbound - My DH and I have been to Cinque Terre before but we stayed overnight on a land trip rather than a port stop and we purchased our tickets at the train station. We will be back again in September when we stop in La Spezia while on Symphony of the Sea from 830am to 830pm so we want to head back to this area. Your post was very helpful on the timing and I have also prepurchased the Cinque Terre Rail card and printed the ticket that was emailed to me. From your review, I read we do not need to exchange it for an actual card - is that correct? We can just board the train? I "try" to be a "rule follower" and I don't want to have any issues if the paper that I printed from the email can't be validated or have an issue with a person who is checking tickets. I too am trying to save time and not have to stand in another line. Thank You in advance. Patti :o
