My daughter in law hit for $2500 last week on the breakaway. They gave her a 1099 for. That means she has to declare it when doing her taxes. She will have to pay tax on it.

We were in aft also. You get treated just as if you were in haven area. Butler was great. And the balcony makes it worth while. We also would take elevator up to 15 walk passed the pool and then walk up to 16. No big deal.

We were on same cruise in the Aft penthouse on the 11th floor, room 11308. We also had Ramona as our butler. She was just great. We had breakfast on our balcony ( what a balcony) three times. She would bring us the usual snakes plus extra that we asked for. I have to say Anoop was just great. He made all our excursions for us. We wanted to eat in Ocean Blue on night and told no openings. So we asked Anoop and he got us in. He also got us in the Cirque Dream Jungle show on short notice for 6 people.

Your right the room was amazing mans the balcony was great.

Never meet one band crew member,

All were very helpful and friendly.

Had a great time, can't wait to go again. And yes the Haven was fantastic

Sorry to hear the problems you had with your butler. We had that problem three years ago. Never saw our butler. But on this cruise ( same time as yours) we were in the Aft penthouse on the 11th floor. The first day our butler, Ramona came in and introduced herself to us and told us what exactly she does. She was great. We had breakfast on our balcony three days. It was great. She not only delivered the goodies every day, but asked us if we wanted something special. We asked for cheese and crackers. We got them everyday alone with the other stuff she brings.

Also Anoop the concierge was great. He made all our excursions reservations for us. Also got us in specialty restaurants on the same day. When we tried ourselves there was no room they said. He also took care of the kids cards, they lost them. He can print them out from his desk. This was a great cruise for us.

I just got off breakaway and they had unlimited internet for a flat fee. I think it was $179, but I got it on second day out. It wasn't that bad

The reason why Haven guests are escorted to haven lounge when boarding is for haven crew to see who is in haven. If they see someone they don't recognize, they ask them to leave.

Hi, we were on the same cruise. We were in Aft Penthouse on deck 11. It's a long walk to the Haven but worth it. Anoop was great. He got us dinner reservations in Blue Lagoon the same day. We had two tickets to Saturday's Cirque dream jungle

Show, we needed 4 more for my son, daughter in law and 2 kids. He got them also. The Haven was great, Bermuda was great, the weather was great. Know what? I had a great cruise.

Ok there is a welcome aboard show on 1st night.

Not sure about free dos area, but there are hot tubs by pool.

There is time change on way to Bermuda, the clocks go ahead 1 hour and you gain it on way home.

Everyone gets a card, even children. You need ID to get back on the ship. Each card is linked to the rooms credit card or you can have several credit cards to room or each person in room.

I am on breakaway now in haven and my butler Ramona is fantastic. I have seen her more in on the first day then my other butler I had two years ago.

We are on the breakaway in the haven, my son and daughter in law and two kids had a mini suit gtx, they upsell to s haven penthouse for $500 each. They did it two weeks before sailing

When I looked for chairs in H2O there were chairs with towels on it. The people sitting next to them said that they were there for 3 hours and haven't seen Anyone use them. So we told security and they removed the towels. An hour latter the people came back and said that was their chairs. We told them security told us we can use them. So they called security and security told them that they removed their things and we could use the chairs. They weren't a happy group but left cursing all the way.

I was really looking forward to the lobster this Sunday. I was in the Haven a few years ago on the Breakaway and they didn't have it then, and thought the Haven restaurant was fantastic. So I guess it's no big deal now, but was looking forward for the lobster.

I am leaving next week on the Breakaway in the Haven. I have heard about the pillow menu where you can choose the type of pillows you want. Just where do I find this menu. Received a letter from NCL but says nothing about this.

Is there a dress code for the haven restaurant. Was wondering if you can go to dinner in shorts and a tee shirt or do you have to wear pants and a shirt.
