  1. When my sister worked on a HAL ship, my husband and I had to submit our Passport information to HAL. Once everything was approved we were given a time to check in with security before being allowed to board and security brought us to her office.

    But who knows what the new protocol will be with COVID regulations

    In 2018 we did a 21 day cruise (7+14) 2 separate booking numbers and we did not have to attend the second boat drill

  3. Power bars with surge protectors are not allowed, simple reason. Two or more cabins are on a power grid and if you blow yours you knock out the other cabins also.

    This as per one of the ships electricians that hosted our table in November.

    Just go the front seat and ask for one. They have 2 sizes, a regular and another one with a longer cord for those that use any type of breathing apparatus
