Hoping someone has been on HAL during Super Bowl last couple of years. We are on Feb 6 sailing on Westerdam to eastern Caribbean. We are also Broncos fans(GO BRONCS!!) so want to watch SB on Sunday 7th. The sports bar on this ship is very small and certainly won't contain everyone for this event. Does anyone know if they have a special venue set up somewhere else for the SB? Assume won't be on room TVs.

We just moved to FL from Denver area year ago after 45 years in Colorado so really MUST see super bowl.

I agree too. On Noordam and Oosterdam last year and went about every nite for at least 1 set. Met band leader who happened to be same on both ships. Was great entertainment and highlight of both cruises. Blues, rock, soul - Aretha, Bonnie Raitt, Whitney, Marvin, maybe some Stones here and there and yes even BB King. Just great for us "Baby Boomers". Never noticed being extra loud at all.

Definitely looking forward to BB King Club Band on next cruise leaving in two weeks. We don't do the showroom song and dance stuff nor the piano bar. Just not into that.

Thanks for all the great info, Arubalisa. But I have another question for you about the beaches. What do you suggest for a quiet beach for a couple? We don't want or need anything but couple chairs, some shade, few drinks and maybe a snack. Quiet and peaceful would be best as well as proximity to port.

Will be there in March on a Friday. Any beaches that meet these criteria?
