Sounds much like a cruise we were on...... ;)
-
I'm assuming this is in reference to your other post about booking a HAL cruise that does the Baltic round-trip from Copenhagen. So, here's what I know...
First, I doubt that you will have to go through any customs or immigration when debarking in Copenhagen. As you boarded there and have been in other EU countries during your cruise, you'll find coming and going quite simple. The two times I know my family has debarked in Copenhagen there was no customs or immigration to deal with.
Second, I am assuming your last "night" on the cruise will be at Copenhagen. You should call HAL and ask how early one can debark once docked and post this question on the northern Europe port pages of CC where you may get some additional guidance from other using other cruise lines.
Hope this is helpful and that you enjoy your cruise! We did the Baltic last year and loved it.

No it is not. The record was set on 01 27 2013 by Westerdam with 110 Toots
Joanie
We knew you had the info..... night Joanie and all! Time to start the veggies....
-
Pretty sunset...
thanks to Lou and Dave for the work! Bye to everyone here.... until tomorrow!
-
Have some veggies to grill too..... :)
-
Obnxshs what are you grilling?
Well there goes Freedom's tooting, all seem
anticlimactic after the Westerdam, but she did the second best today.
I've got several Costco pork loins, baking potatoes and 1 sweet potato on the grill right now. Pork loins in a pan after coating them in shake and bake stuff...
-
Nice bunch of toots from Freedom!
-
Nope Melodie, still here but in and out with the grilling.....
-
Not much of a response from Eclipse.
Captain must still be in a foul mood....
-
Between all the whistling and my neighbor in her shorts out mowing her lawn.... gotta wonder if we (me and Westie's captain) were looking at the same things!!
-
I guess the sun must be preventing them from turning cam#1 any further to the west.
-
Wow Rich  You can't help but wonder about the riders when you see this damage
The motorcyclist is the one standing in front of the motorcycle gesturing... the bicyclist didn't get up under is own power.

Motorcyclist is ok, bicyclist not so ok. Transported via ambulance, but not under lights and siren, but heard there are broken bones and possible internal injuries. Bicyclist will be cited..... -
Well, back now. Not so fun time for a bicyclist who was hit by a motorcycle on our corner about 50 mins. ago though, so been out watching that.... :(
-
Thanks for the reminder Chief! Should be around here today as we plan on grilling out.

They normally don't even want to see it. As long as you have your passport, you are good to go.
This has been our experience the last 2 times we've sailed from PE.
We have found that a "rent-a-guard" or shore-side representative has been stationed at the entrance to the terminal building and will ask to see it, but it seems only to make sure that those entering are at the right terminal, not for any official "checkpoint" type reason.
At the drive-in PE security checkpoints we've only been asked for passports or other official picture ID for all occupants of the vehicle.
All that being said, why not have it all available? It'll only help you out if you are asked for it and hinder you if you don't have it. I doubt anyone cares as to its size though, so long as its all there.

I'd probably be urged to wear 2 robes to bingo (or anywhere else!)......

Well, DWs flight just canceled... they flew an empty plane from ATL to MCO for the flight from MCO to RDU and then couldn't find a flight attendant... so now have to go get her and can't watch the sail away... :(
Have fun all! Good to talk to everyone! -

I hate the idea of sailing by and missing it.... hmmmm might have to look at the Noordam sailing too. It's something I've always wanted to see. -
Too funny. My email just made the ding for a new email... and it was from Holland America Line .... and for the Above and Beyond program. I will need to look at that later on today. :)
Either the NSA or HAL is monitoring our thread!:cool::rolleyes:
