Recently asked Celebrity the same question. They stated that if the Transfer was late or had a problem, (not the flight), the ship would wait, since they were responsible.

Doing the Solstice Alaska cruise, Seattle to Vancouver. Is it worth the $74.pp charge for the Celebrity transfers ??? Or should we just use taxis ?

Celebrity is charging $64.00 round-trip pp. ($128. total). Anybody know if taking a taxi on our own if more "cost effective"? Not sure how far it is from the airport to the ship terminal in either city. Thanks for your help.

We had a handicap stateroom, Aft, on the Summit recently. My husband uses a cane, & has a brace on his leg. Your TA should check with Celebrity next time.

The handrails in the bathroom, the seat in the shower & the higher toilet were a godsend. Good luck next time.
