  1. Hello - just upgraded our parents to a Club Suite on the Encore for a 21 day sailing. I understand the rooms are similar to balconies, with a larger bathroom, but can't seem to find details on all of the perks. I have read the following:

    - treats delivered to stateroom (How many days and what on a 21 day sailing)?

    - bottle of sparkling wine

    - one laundry bag (would it be more on a 21 day sailing)?

    Am I missing anything?

Everyone is Northward Bound - some to the lovely Northern Isles & another to Alaska.  Any of the itineraries look lovely 👍 No matter which itinerary our CC friends have chosen, we wish them great times in their ports, beautiful sightings and scenery and hope they have a wonderful time on their Blue Hulled Beauties.  And, of course we wish them fair winds and smooth seas.

Bon Voyage to Nieuw Statendam - 14 night Northern Isles:

MikeD4134 - have a great 34th anniversary celebration on board!

If you plan on using a set appointment proctor get it set now. If you are going to join a queue for a proctor it can be a bit of a wait at certain times I hear. yMMV!

Thank you muffin - I agree.

We are going to use WM Life Centres and I will book them this weekend as we are a family of 6 total who are cruising.

Really wishing I had gotten my positive PCR in April (only had rapid home tests and didn't have cruise booked so didn't think of it) as it would take the stress out of testing lol

Yes they do, I showed my positive test and a letter of recovery from my Dr. You must be with in a 90 day window of your positive test tho. But you can’t use the VeriFLY app. Checkin process was only about 30 mins from start to in our stateroom.

Was it just a signed letter from your GP? Also going from Vancouver (inside passage) and curious what would be required if went this route.

I actually leave after you - June 25 out of Vancouver.  I've read/heard/watched enough - the consensus is HAL is light on kids, but Alaska is probably their most kid-friendly offering because Alaska cruises peak during summer vacation and it's full of multi-generational bucket-listers.

Agreed - just hoping a few more kids don't go to the last day or two of school so they have other people to talk to lol

  6. Hi there - was hoping those of you that have sailed out of Vancouver this year could possibly give me a rough idea of boarding times? We don't have one assigned as of yet, but need to book our transfer to the port. If I could get a rough idea on boarding for a 4:30 departure it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
