Loved the Caribbean Princess ship and especially the crew! I wish all cruise ships had the wrap around promenade deck like the Caribbean has too. Go and have the best time!

Just curious, what do the seaweed wraps do for you? are they usually bundled with a massage?
Not sure they really do anything for me other than occupy my mind in a relaxing way. I have a very hard time just shutting my brain off and chilling out, this treatment is a process that relaxes me by giving me something to focus my brain on but in a calming manner if that makes any sense 🙈 I’m not a massage kind of girl and usually decline the scalp massage they include because it makes too much extra noise in my head haha! -
I love the seaweed wraps at the spa. Are they expensive? Absolutely in my opinion, but well worth it at the same time

This looks pretty old information. I am sailing on the Emerald in March and stopping in Columbia. Princess protocols for that voyage only show testing for non vaccinated passengers
I’m not sure how it’s old, it’s all from today. And it doesn’t show any required testing for unvaccinated on my voyage as of yet even though that is clearly a requirement for Colombia. -

Your cruise has the 'Columbia' protocol assigned. Below is link with cruises and assigned protocols.

Oddly my cruise is not on this list but it does go to Colombia. If I check the health tool using my booking info and/or the voyage number it doesn't have any info listed there either, just states the standard policy below. What is even more odd is pretty much all the dates around my sailing (1/17/23) on the Caribbean are listed as requiring the negative test. None of the January sailings are listed though. I just presume I will need to be tested beforehand and plan to do so once I get to FLL. A little clarity from PRC would be appreciated but clearly I don't anticipate that at this time LOL -
We did this tour recently in November and it worked out great for us. They dropped us off right at our terminal with luggage a little after 1pm. Definitely a good option for later flights.

The Princess website has not yet been updated with this information. The most recent version is September 28 or 29.
I only just received the email at noon, to my knowledge they haven't made their "formal" announcement to the general public quite yet.- 1

Travel agent spam alert.
Not sure what exactly that means. I am not an agent but I do work in the industry and this is news people will want to know about.

This was done last month. Notice the word "most". There are still two cruises under the enhanced protocol voyages that require testing.
This is not the same, this is a new announcement that is going into effect on 10/21, they will be doing away with testing for unvaccinated passengers. It is the same as the change NCL recently announced.

I have seen Alaska Air as an option through EZ Air.

Thank you for taking the time to do this, much appreciated!

The club class forward facing ones are the corner ones that I’m referring to. They are amazing and if you see one of them available I would grab it in a heartbeat.

Those forward facing balconies are huge! I would snag one of those for sure if it were me 😀

Women can pretty much wear whatever they want wherever they want. We’re lucky that way. As long as your shorts cover your assets, nobody will even notice. I will say that the MDRs are so cold, I can’t imagine having that much bare leg. If that’s not an issue for you, then go for it.
Definitely all assets are covered lol! I’ve never been a fan of booty shorts personally, these are more tailored dress shorts. Thanks for the info!

I would be curious about this for women. I have several pairs of very nice dress shorts that I wear to dinner many places with no issue. I dress them up even further with pretty tops and heels. Why would this be so frowned upon?

Can anyone confirm if this is currently being offered onboard the Discovery? My husband is very intrigued lol! Thanks!😊

I don't think they can be open while docked in port due to being duty free but I am sure someone can confirm that. Not sure if that is only for the states or applies everywhere.
So are you Blue Lane today? I was supposed to be but am still green?

I cannot get away from yellow lane...the app won't let me re-add the security photo for my husband. It was there originally, but has since somehow mysteriously been deleted and I have been trying for weeks to unsuccessfully add a new one. Guess I will just figure it out next Saturday at the port!
