This is the first year I have been a Club Royale member and I made it to the Prime level. I receive free cruise offers pretty regularly (which we have taken advantage of) and prior to the new program year starting, the offers have been for balcony rooms. Now since the spring time, most of the offers have received are for oceanview or interior. Is this something that happens each year....meaning they offer cheaper rooms during their high summer season and we'll get better room offers in the Fall? Or is this because I haven't earned enough points on recent cruises and they are downgrading my offers? From what I understand, the tier level remains the same for the following program year and I am still listed as a Prime member. But, thought I would ask those that have been in the program longer than I have.

We've done this route about 10 times, so super familiar with the ports, I know last time on this route in September for Cabo because of the tender situation if you didn't have a RCCL purchased tour, it took hours to get a tender ticket and actually get off the boat, so was considering doing one this route. Also love going to Las Caletas in PV, but it isn't being offered this time. Oh well, we'll find something else to do. Just seemed weird, such a money maker for RCCL, so you think they'd offer more.

We are booked on the Mexican Rivera January 13th Navigator of the Seas sailing. We received an email a while back that they were adjusting our itinerary (which was just change in the arrival and departures times in the ports). Pretty quickly thereafter the shore excursions for all ports except Puerto Vallarta disappeared from the website. Then, only a few tours were listed for PV. Does anyone know or have called RCCL to see why they have no tours available for Cabo or Mazatlan?

We have been on several RCL cruises over the years, but never gambled. This last cruise I did and within the last two weeks I've received multiple offers for free cruises, even though I'm only at the Choice Tier. I called the Casino desk today and booked a free 7-day cruise. When I go back to the website, the offer I used is no longer listed but my other offers for free cruises are still there. Questions: -Are others that are only at the Choice level receiving free cruise offers? -Can one book another free cruise with one of the remaining offers (they have different offer codes) if you have already redeemed one offer?
