Did you catch if they were showing movies in the theatre or just on deck by the pool?

And how many times do they have open skating?

This will be my first cruise where I am off the ship all day during port days and apparently you need to be looking at the scenery on at sea days. :-) I have my 10 and 12 year olds going too and they won't want to watch scenery, but I don't want to miss that experience. I promised them movies and ice skating. :-) Oh and hot chocolate....but I think we will be paying for steamed milk since the hc are just from packets. :-)

Juneau have fireworks at midnight I think July 3 to July 4. Maybe just maybe coming back from Skagway and passing Juneau to Tracy Arm we can look out and see something. Probably not though, LOL! :-)

We will be in Alaska over the 4th and while we miss the special events in Juneau and Skagway, I wondered if the ship does anything on the 4th of July? Special décor? Special party favors? Activities? I already read elsewhere on CC that RC does not have permit for fireworks off ship.

Yes. Just saved on our whale watching excursion a few weeks ago. (March 27th). They currently have a sale on alcoholic drink package coupled with Surf and Stream. I don't drink much, so not worth my time, but you might want to log into your Cruise Planner and check it out.

Hello! My kids drink some juice with their water all day. I plan on getting multiple juice glasses at breakfast and then pouring those into a reusable water bottle that we keep in the cooler/ fridge. Then just get new fresh juice each morning.

HI, thanks for your review. We are going to Alaska next summer on the Explorer.

My question- you mentioned using Uber. Did you take Uber from ship to airport or somewhere else when disembarking? I thought I read that for the FL ships at least Uber was not permitted to pick up or take passengers to airports.

I just read that the OP can't have carbonated beverages . LaCroix is made from carbonated water. Might be a good choice though for someone else. Sorry for posting.

Hello I don't know if this was mentioned ( did not read whole thread) LaCroix flavored sparkling water . Many different fruit flavors and come in 12 oz cans. 0 sugar, 0 carbs, 0 calories .

I think I got the last $100.00. I tried for 2 said not enough in stock , but went in and was able to order 1 ecard. That was 10:30ish EDT. Then I went back to order another and was told "sold out".

And the Verizon Rewards gift cards are gone again, even though the website states there are $500 and $100 gift cards left. I have tried this 3 different times (with different denominations and changing my cart to "1" card instead of "2" ) and I have to type in all only to find out at the end they are out of stock.
