  1. My Wii told me a made my goal yesterday, but I'm afraid it is not weighing correctly..I changed over to the rechargeable battery pack and everything is a bit off. I am close to my goal as I have lost 4 more #'s in the last 2 weeks.. have at least 4-5 more to go before the black capri's look ok and 6-7 before they look real good! But here's to another day with a workout complete!! Now I'm spurging on a beer with the superbowl game!

  2. Hang in there Candi! Tis the season for colds and scratchy throats. Lots of good handwashing in order. Just finished my Wii workout and now hubby wants to go out for Chinese food...oh well just have to order something with lots of veggies! Treadmill date tonoc> Keep up the good work everyone.

  3. I totally agree about the stress and about the chocolate!!! I have been doing ok with the "keeping my lips off the chocolate" at work and home so far... my sweet daughter just called and asked me to come to a Chocolate Party with her on Saturday. I told her I would have to decline as I have a cute pr of capris I want to wear on embarkation day!!!! Superbowl will be bad enough as I will have to have a snack or two with my glass of Chocolate Stout ( beer from a local microbrew). LOL Prob will do an extra lap or two on the tread this weekend to make up for it. ps. what is Zumba

  4. Little miss Wii trainer kicked my behind again today, but I managed to get through the yoga and the strength exercises. No pain , No gain I guess. Has anyone tried the Jillian Michaels Wii (I think it is the Ultimate 2009 or 2010 Fitness)? I think I need some variety. it takes me 1 1/2 hour to do an hour worth of Wii fitness. I wish you could speed it up somehow. Although, the breathers can be nice toward the end of the workout!!LOL

  5. I persevered today, didn't feel much like exercising but did my Wii Yoga and Strength and my treadmill walk. DH feeling better so we ate well today too and took a little walk for just a couple of blocks. Keep it up everyone!

  6. Hi, to all my Wii bud's , Sounds like everyone is doing well. I am down right at 4 #. Eating lots of veggies and fish this week...easy to be good as hubby ill and I don't have to cook ( or eat his cooking as he is an awesome cook). I'm hoping to get back to my Wii tomorrow, but will treadmill later this evening ( ok night)!

     

    PS My name is Nita and Bloody Mary's have veggies in them...does that count as salad!!! LOL

  7. wow I think I finally got the countdown clock on my profile!!!!! we'll see. I've got to go get on the treadmill and then do some Wii also. Head back to work tonoc so probably won't get much "organized" aerobics done for the next 3 days... I do 12's and am pooped by the time I get home. I am going to try and keep up with the walking regimen tho and that should help. Hail to broccoli and fish ( it's whats for dinner, lunch etc for the next few days) LOL

  8. Well just finished my workout again tonoc. Yeah 3 nights in a row!! actually I completed 6 days with my walk workout. My MII is 42 tonoc tho ( still 9 years younger than my real age ) but I'm still a little "off center"..I really hope they mean balance and not mentally!

    I am leaving Mar 6, 2010 on the OOsterdam for Mexico...warm weather, tequila, warm beaches, tequila, warm food, tequila.... ARRRIBA

  9. I just finished my wii workout for tonoc. I'm a little sore so obviously did a bit too much but feel great. tonoc my wii age was 33 ( not 62 like yesterday) so I think I put a little more effort into it. I'm so stiff with the hula hoop, that I can't get much above 300. The poor Schwan's man must think we've cut our throats!!!

  10. I have been wanting to try the Jillian Michaels for Wii workout , but the little Wii Mii trainer is already kicking my Butt!! Have been afraid to try anything tougher. I did a 30 minute workout today and then spent another 29 minutes playing with the balance games. I have a problem with overdoing as I get too competitive trying to beat my scores and end up getting sore and having to lay off. Anyone else with that prob. I weigh about 148-150 and my goal is 140-135 by Mar 6,2010:eek:
