A comment on communicating with Azamara. We travelled to South America in Feb on Pursuit. This was covered from a FCC from 2020. I have a balance FCC which was to have been extended but not able to get through by phone and no answer by email . They charged me full price as couldn’t find the FCC when booked in Nov.. This part was resolved after many calls. What happens to an FCC if date passes before they extend as not able to communicate with them please

Due on the Pursuit Feb 10, 2023 BA to Rio. I was pleasantly stuck for 10 or 11 days in the Indian Ocean on the Quest in 2020 due to covid restrictions. Part of that time was planned as quite a long distance. A peaceful trip with new and old friends friends. The entertainment was sparse. There was a history buff onboard and I believe an astronomer who had presentations each evening. The last time I travelled to South America was on the Norwegian Sun many years ago. There was a lot of Frank Sinatra played. I believe they looked at the average age of guests when making their decision. We were all happy when someone played some rock and roll.

Next cruise is on Pursuit from Buenos Aires to Rio on Feb 10 2023. Anyone else on here looking for 2 people to join for land excursions that aren't with the ship please? I find this site difficult to navigate.....probably my doing😊 I haven't a clue where appropriate place to ask. Happy sailing

Thank you. When I want to ask for info i.e. ideas for places to stay near cruise port-in Buenos Aires. I don't know if that is a new post. How would I find if that question has been asked. Is that a fair question please.? Thank you

I had the same problem. If a travel agent takes over a booking he/she has to ask to have the future credit attached to the booking. You may also have to pay the agent's fee. If you booked directly there is no fee . I didn't know this. The fee was significant .I took the agent as several attempts to book online failed. I should have persisted.
