Following up on this thread, looking to book Murano and Tuscan Grill on an upcoming cruise. wondering if there is a different kids menu for these Restaurants or is it the normal kids menu throughout the ship?

New to Cruising, how will they send out the Drink Package Sales? Through email or is it on the App?
