  1. Two things stick out for me personally. First was a rather large gentleman who would scratch his butt and private area then take a whiff of his hand. He did it like three times. Second was a guy who had on small swim trunks and his junk was hanging out one of the legs as he sat down, and he never noticed. At least that one was kinda funny but the dude sniffing his hand was downright disturbing.

OMG!!! PUKE!!!!!! so freakin gross. ewwww gaggggggg:o:o

  2. Don't have information specifically for the Fantasy, but the multiple ships we have used camp for there is free time play, movies, arts and crafts, theme nights with scavenger hunts, music and dancing etc. Our kids (5 & 4 on last cruise) love it and have lots of fun! As soon as you board head to camp so she can check it out, meet some of the counselors and grab the activity sheet for the cruise. It will list everything and times. Have fun!:)

  3. Just got back from the Freedom this past Saturday! Fish n chips is a BBQ place now. I did not take a pic of the menu, but they offer pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked chicken along with mac n cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, potato salad and different bbq sauces. The meat was good! We only tried the mac n cheese as a side and thought it was kinda gross lol. Tasted like noodles with flour sauce, not very cheesy :)

  4. Yes there is a bar they had the same area on Miracle when we sailed in July. We checked it out the first day and it was nice except they didn't have any music. You have half the group that wants peace and quiet and the other half wanting more adult fun. The peace and quite group won out. There were a few guys that tried to liven up the area but the mood in the area was very boring. The Pool is very small and seemed to be extremely dirty all the time and there was no way you were getting in the hot tub. Once people planted themselves there, they were there all day. We found the pool area closest to the spa to be the best on that trip. They did have an adult only party on the Serenity deck one night that was nice.

The Miracle and Freedom are different classes of ships. Their Serenity areas are completely different and in totally different locations (Miracle is aft with a pool/bar/hot tub) while Freedom is fwd with only 2 hot tubs and it is situated over 2 decks.

  5. Has anyone tried to get the 50% off. I was told by carnival it is only 25% off. I don't have the letter we got that says it is 50% off. I know I am not wrong.

I have not tried to use it yet but i did save the letter they gave us onboard just in case so i had proof.

  6. Glad those of you that cruised enjoyed! Love the Pride and the crew!

Where were you supposed to go and where did you end up?

We were on the Valor last week. Only issue for us was we missed Grand Turk ([emoji24]) due to strong winds.

We were supposed to go to Grand Turk, HMC and Freeport originally then we were switched to NYC and St. John New Brunswick. Canada ended up being scrapped as well so we stayed the night in NYC and then basically sailed up and down the east coast for 3 days :)

  7. Was on this cruise as well and still had a great time! it's amazing how many people complain and act like the world is ending! Geesh!

Carnival's compensation was more than adequate and I'm already looking at booking our next cruise and using that 50% discount! :D

  8. Baltimore is such an easy port to sail from! We usually arrive around 11 and since you'll be dropped off by a hotel shuttle, there will be no waiting in line to park. Getting there by 11 we're usually onboard by noon. Quick and painless! Keep checking for FTTF though because they do release more from time to time.

I don't have any hotel recommendations though as we only live an hour from port. :)

  9. Is it possible to get the Castello in the Steakhouse? Thinking about making a reservation there one night

They offer a free bottle of wine on the first and 2nd night i believe (a white and red) or 50% off any other bottle of wine. You should definitely be able to get it there.

  10. So can you tell me if you bring on a bottle of wine do you just put in carry on and do they let you take to room and how do they charge you is it just a cork fee .

You bring it in your carryon and take it right to your room. If you bring the bottle to the dining room to drink they charge you a corkage fee. If you drink it in your room or bring a glass with you to the dining room there's no fee. Bring your own corkscrew to make things easier :)

  11. One quick question...the menu you posted that showed Port of Call Eastern Carribbean...was that the day you would have gone to Grand Turk?

The eastern Caribbean menu was done on what would have been a sea day on the original itinerary. Maybe it was what they would have served on grand turk day since we ended up with 4 sea days instead of 3.
