Beautiful pics!! But the towel animals were a little sad looking :(

I also have the Nikon 3100. I have the standard lens, the zoom lens (can't remember what strength) and a zoom to 300mm lens. I got lucky and found someone selling it on facebook and got a great bargain that I couldn't pass up!
I also bought a camera backpack from someone on facebook and we used it on our cruise this spring. It's not that much more than carrying a purse around.
But anyway, let's get back to the photos!! :)

Looking forward to the rest. If you want to throw in some SF photos, that would be great----one of my favorite places!
-
Suggestion---can you post what kind of camera and size zoom lens for any future posts? I have a new one and am inexperienced with anything other than a point and shoot!
Loving the pics. We are going on our 2nd Alaskan cruise in Sept. I have to learn this camera before then!

More pictures please! I have that same camera.
What is that round thing the man is in, in the indoor pool?

your thread is actually rapidly on its way to the 33.000 views...wow...guess I'm not the only one checking the thread every day for new updates :)
At least twice a day for me, sometimes more. And double that per day when I want to show it to someone!

Your review is like a book I can't put down.....but I really don't want it to end either!

I'm going to be like your brother and get 2 escargots myself!!

I can't wait to see your pics of the chocolate buffet!
-
Are you editing your photos? They look like magazine pics!!
-
What kind of camera do you have? The pics are great. Can't wait to see some of ALASKA!!!

Really enjoying your review and looking forward to the rest. (And the food pics!! :) )

Thanks, we found out.....and there is no way it will be worth it to us!! I don't think I would drink that much in a week's time, much less per day :)

My husband has heard about a drink card, like a soda card you can buy. Does anyone have experience with that? I just wonder if it will be worth it. Seems like you might have to drink an awful lot!

I really enjoyed this review. We were going to take a cruise to the same ports last April for our honeymoon and 2 days before sailing, hubby ended up in the hospital. We tried again for this April....his mother got cancer and we decided to postpone it. Maybe one day we will get there to see everything. We were really looking forward to the Victor Bodden tour more than anything. Glad to see that it didn't let you down.
Thanks for the great review and the pictures. They were amazing.

We will be doing this with our tour but I can't find much information on it. Are you able to buy the merchandise as well as watch them carve? Is it cash only or do they take debit cards?

We got engaged a few days before our cruise. He was going to ask me on the cruise but was worried about getting the ring thru the airport without me seeing it, and leaving it in the safe without me seeing it. So he asked me while we were packing. I actually preferred that way because I don't like to draw attention, especially in intimate situations. Now we are going on our honeymoon cruise in April!

Enjoyed your review so much that I booked a NE cruise for next fall before I ever finished reading!
Now I am off to read the Alaska one. We are going there again next month.
