on a critical note. Lounge chairs at pool are very low , no sit up chairs, no small tables and they arrange chairs with no separation between them.  Not sure what they are thinking. , but that is being critical!,,,

they confirmed that he perks do not show up on line,butassured me they are therefor us.

keep in mind that you have 1 year to book , not necessarily cruise, for the 30 % discount if you can earn it.  As said not that difficult to get the points needed for 30%

I was hoping that was the case.  I have found on different cruise lines the newer ships have better experience, food choices included. 

My last ncl cruise on the Gem had a very repetitive menu/selections at the buffet. 

Just booked the Bliss any comments on the buffet and food choices.  

Why don’t you return to Alamo at Fort Lauderdale either airport or Eller avenue location. 

Does aqua class passengers have the ability to eat lunch at blu the first day?

I had options , therefore I cancelled. The purpose of the email was to hopefully wake up the management of MSC .i wasn’t looking for opinions. But thanks for your point of view.  

I find it totally unacceptable to wait more than 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Therefore, I cancelled my sailing. I have other cruise lines to travel on. I am writing this hoping someone will WAKE UP at headquarters as you do deliver a good product. 

How about the reverse- I will be returning a Alamo car. I plan to go to airport and trust the shuttle will take me to the ship. Although the ship leaves on a Tuesday not a popular day

Recently retired and while I need to experience a 30 day plus cruise first, I have a WC high on my bucket list.

from a  new yorker they are  all equally reliable--Carmel and  Dial 

Saw the NCL  skyward--boy  did  cruise  ships come along way--by coincidence  I just found  a picture of  RCCL Nordic Prince and it looked  similar--that was our first cruise in 1990 from NYC  to Bermuda--enjoying everyones post as I am considering a  ATW cruise in a  few  years

Pool was  definetly toooo deep--and  the ladder to get in and out was , in my opinion not  that easy  to use--they should have had  stairs and had  4 or  5 feet on one side of the pool for those  not as comfy in the  water
