Is everyone guaranteed one Manfredis reservation. I am on the bottom rung cabin wise in V2. Was wondering if they let other folks double book before everyone gets a chance. Thanks ps. My cabin level cannot book until we are on board. My first time sailing Viking and I am not thrilled with the way they handle reservations🤔

If you cancel an excursion while on board and replace it with another one that opens up for the same port do you receive a refund or credit for the cancelled excursion? Thanks in advance

Ps. The Cason decor was rather blah and the cabin lacked a chair. Makes it rather difficult to do room service I found myself either eating off my bed or dining standing up. For reference I had a picture window ocean view cabin

My recent first experience with NCL was a recent Baltic cruise on the Dawn. I will give some high points and low points from my own perspective First off the walls were paper thin. I had loud takers on both sides of me which lead to sleepless hours. Also the garden cafe was always mobbed. Not NCLs fault but I ate my first meal of my cruise with my plate propped on a ledge next to a trash can. Needless to say I avoided the cafe in the future. The staff was lovely. I would give the food a B overall. Plenty of selection. The shore excursions were varied and well done. From my own perspective as a solo traveler the ship, although not one of the largest, just seemed too crowded for me. I think I will look to some smaller ships if I decide to cruise again

Does the airport pick up service pick up the hotel folks as well? Thanks

I will be coming into the NCL hotel pre cruise for one day. Will the NCL rep be there at that time or do they show up on the day you are transported to the pier? Thanks

Good morning. I will be transferring at Toronto airport for my flight to Copenhagen. I originate in Philadelphia. I hold a US passport. Is any special documentation required by Canada to do this transfer? Thanks in advance. I have tried to get through to NCL flight dept but their lines are quite busy.

Good morning. NC L has booked my outgoing and inbound flights. My outbound has only one transfer which is fine. My return flight however has two transfers; both with really short times. I am thinking about just using my outbound ticket and booking my return on my own. There are better options than what they have booked. Of course it will be more money but it might be worth it so I don’t arrive home at 12:30 AM. Anyone ever done this? Any thoughts? Thanks

Even if I booked my flights through Norwegian?

I will be flying home from a Baltic Cruise on August 15. I have a short connection time of 1 hr 15 minutes in Paris. If this connection is missed do I deal directly with Air France or try to contact Norwegian? I wanted to book my own flights but could not not get anything better in terms of flights I guess you can’t really fly from Stockholm to Philly! Currently. Stockholm to Paris to Atlanta to Philly. 🥴

I will be traveling solo on NCL for the first time in August. I know that Norwegian has flexible dining. I do hope to join in with others as I don’t like to eat every meal by myself or do the buffet all the time. Do I make known to the staff this preference. I have only sailed solo with Holland before and they have assigned times and tables which worked well for me. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

My flight from Stockholm to Paris is Air France and my flight from Paris to Atlanta is also Air France

I just received my air confirmation for my August 6 Norwegian Cruise Lines flights. On my return flight in shows only one hour and fifteen minutes at Charles De Gaulle to make my connection to Atlanta. I have contacted NCL air and the agent told me they go by the minimum of one hour and fifteen minutes and the maximum of five hours for connections I am pretty sure that one hour and fifteen minutes will not work. Does anyone have any experience with their short connection times? Thanks in advance
