  1. very nice set up.

Glory does not have that lounge sofa in 9201

and the room is NOT made up like that.

did youmove it around yourself? Coz I think i will do that with my lounge sofa

I was surprised to see the chaise lounger in front of the window.

No I didn't move it. The room was set up that was and the sofa had a full pull out bed inside of it.

    LOVED THIS CABIN!

  2. Melissa, Congratulations on 9201! I completely lucked out and secretly booked 9201 on the Glory for Nov 17 and I can't wait to surprise my husband. Why mention this? BECAUSE WE'LL BE ON THE CONQUEST WITH YOU!:D And I am hoping to politely ask if you will let me knock on your door during boarding timeso I can show the spectacular stateroom to my husband and then tell him about the Nov cruise. (I do understand if you say no...:()

Awesome!! Yes of coarse I have no problem with you coming to check out the room!

I'm so happy that you got this cabin for your Glory sailing!

    I can't wait 10 more days!!

  3. We got them on the Triumph, but they did ask to make sure you were using the slot machines.

I got them on the Triumph also. There was a man standing outside the Casino entrance closest to the elevators handing them out, as well as punching cards.

I asked for mine as well as 4 for my children who was at the kids club orientation with their father and they had no problem giving me 3 blk ones for my sons and a purple one for my daughter.

  4. OK, I am SO going to book a cruise on this ship to get this cabin! :)

The Valor has these cabins along with the conquest and glory. Also the sunshine will have the category cabin as well. So don't just limit yourself to the Valor for this kind of cabin.

These are cool! I have used the Sally Hansen ones meant for fingernails on my toes. I can get two uses on my toes out of a pack meant for one use on fingernails. My 15 yo son asked me if I was having a mid-life crisis because I had pink polka dots on my toes!

I have used the sally ones but always had a prob when it came to cuttin/filing the extra, it was filing my nails down. Maybe I'm not doing them correctly but I loved the way they looked just not the application process

  6. Thats my problem...dont want to book anymore until I can get more FCCs on our next cruise.

    Same here.

I have a cruise in Jan, Feb and December (2013)All those I had an FCC for.

I want to book my b2b2b for sept (2013) but don't have any FCC's left so I am waiting to my Jan cruise to buy those.

I went ahead and booked my feb 2014 without the FCC because I couldn't let my cabin (9200) slip away from me while I waited to get another FCC.

I am hoping to buy an extra one in Jan and try to slide that thru for the previously booked cruise. I know it may not work but I'm gonna try anyways.

If all else fails, I will just use it for my next booking. No big deal.

I cruised in Feb and March of this year and have nothing planned for the remainder of 2012 :(. So I am impatiently waiting for Jan 13 to roll around!! Magic here I come!

  7. I can't believe you said that either:rolleyes:

The room is huge, plenty of room for your 2 boys. There was plenty of room for my DH and I, and two teenaged boys.

The view from the window is amazing, great view when cruising. No one can look into the room, and you are not looking onto a busy deck. The deck below was for the most part empty. Occasionally there was a crew member out on the deck.

I have some photos of the view taken near the window, but was having trouble uploading them. I will try again.

There is a ledge in front of the window that you can sit on and look outside. There is also a small table and chair at the window to sit and admire the view.

The couch pulls out to a double bed. My boys had no complaint about the bed

We did not notice any excessive rocking. It was a fairly smooth cruise.

I would highly recommend the room.

Thank you for the pics. This has just helped me decide that I want these rooms on my Sunshine cruise!

I have 9200 booked on the Valor out of San Juan in 2014. But was considering booking 2 of these rooms on my December 2013 cruise on the Sunshine! I think my kids would love this view! (i know i will) Thanks again!

  8. Back in February we did this cruise (enjoyed it so much a bunch of us are going again in 2014). The food was standard cruise fare but they did offer chips and salsa. Couldn't sell a kidney to get any on the Dream when we did the Western. I did notice more Puerto Ricans then normally on a cruise when taken from the mainland. Only once did the language barrier got in the way but there is always someone around to translate.

You will be getting on as I am getting off! Enjoy your cruise.

  9. I just booked 9200 for May 2013. The other one was already booked! Obviously there will never be a prive drop because they will always both be booked! Kind of a relief because prior to my last cruise, I was looking at prices daily!!! Now I can relax before my cruise! (And I did get a great deal w/ early saver booking)

Congrats!! Come back and share some more pics with me please =)

I fell in love with this room when I seen it! Wish all ships had something similar available.

  10. i think you lucked out. a few weeks ago we called to fi d one of those cabins and they both were booked as far as april 2013

ty I feel lucky booking this cabin. I was trying to find one available on a sailing before she repositions to San Juan but was unsuccessful. So I went ahead and booked way out seems how 2013 will be a busy year for me anyways.

My booking is for Feb 2014!

  11. I literally booked this about 8 hours ago for a May 2013 sailing. The other corner room was already taken. I would have also liked my boys next to me, but only 9197 was available in those middle rooms, which will be 3 doors away from mine. I will have 4 of us in the 9200 room and the space was perfect, not to mention the great price! The only thing not so great is its far from the stairs/elevator. I kind of like being close to stairs/elevator and closer to the Promanade deck. Oh well...I have more space!!!

Last month, I sailed out of Boston, 20 minute drive from where I live, to Bermuda (this was the one and only stop, but the ship was "parked" there for 3 days). Airfare to San Juan plus the Carnival cruise is still cheaper than what I paid on Norwegian for just the cruise!

Im super excited, May cant come fast enough!

I also just( 2 hours ago) booked this room for Valor Feb 2014! Can't wait!

  12. $659.00 PER PERSON??????

IMO that's an awesome price! I'm paying $619.00 pp for a porthole cabin. We'll definitely be looking into those cabins in the future!!:D

I was FLOORED when she told me the rate!!

I am so excited about this cruise! Although it is so far away I am counting the 575 days already!!

Plus the itinerary is amazing to me! I have never been to any of these ports!
