Ok, got the updated guest confirmation just now that the AARP gift certificate was applied. So that is 8 days since I submitted it to the "sharedservices" email. I guess I will do this again now that I know it works and how to do it. 8 days is a reasonable time, and that included a holiday.

OK, sent it to the "SharedServices" email last Monday (May 20th). Immediately got an automated response. TODAY, new email received saying: Hello, Thank you for your email. Your certificate has been submitted for processing and should be reflected on your reservation within approximately 5 business days. Thank you, So this sounds good, I'll let you know if it does actually make it to my booking.

Please let us know when, if, and how this is resolved!

I am in the same boat (pun not intended!). Bought the AARP gift card. Yes, I booked thru a TA and she was unable to apply it. Sent the info to the "Shared" email yesterday, hoping for the best. I have no problem applying it for OBC once onboard. People can do that right? Use the AARP ones onboard at GS? Even tho I booked with a TA? Boy, it's soooo easy with the Carnival ones...

Hi! Wondering about the parking for a NY cruise on Meraviglia. Have cruised Carnival several times from NY, and you park literally beside the ship. Cant find any info on MSCs site (maybe it's me!). And this will be my first experience with MSC! Paul
