  1. Does anyone know the difference other than the significant price difference.

Also, does anyone know how the online, pre-cruise reservation system works for this attraction?  It looks like only 8:00 AM or 7:30 PM are currently available for a cruise that is one year away.  What's going on during the other times?  Is this their way to fill up early/late times first, and add'l times will become available later?  Thanks.

  2. Hi, we'll be flying to Singapore and are looking for a convenient hotel for a one (maybe two) night stay, along with transportation suggestions from the airport and then to the cruise port the next day.

A centrally-located hotel close to food, shopping, fun stuff to do, etc. would be great, but idiot-proof access to transportation (public or otherwise) and our destinations is our top priority :)  Thanks!

  3. I'm in Kihei on Maui right now.  I was in Waikiki in October, the moment they opened the pre-travel testing program.  Kona in 2019.  Lost count of how many trips here, and I will keep coming.  Been to Oahu's North Shore several times, but never to the Dole Plantation, nor the Polynesian Cultural Center, Pearl Harbor, etc.  Been to a luau once, likely never again.  Don't come here for that stuff.

Been to several Caribbean islands and all the Mexican vacation spots.  I'm good with Hawaii from now on.

  4. Planning an inter-island on POA, flying in/out of HNL with likely two nights both pre and post cruise at a Waikiki hotel, possibly HHV or something more in the middle of Kalakaua Ave.

If we don't plan on venturing out to other parts to Oahu, is it feasible to rely on shuttles, buses, ride share etc to get to/from HNL, Waikiki and the cruise terminal?   I certainly won't miss the parking fees, but is it worth any logistical sacrifices?  Thanks.

OK, I'm specifically interested in trip cancellation insurance covering the reason of

Can anyone offer recommendations based on cost and relatively pain-free claims processing and payout?  Thx again.

Ah, nvm.  Called my CC, everything's covered for this reason.
