Three members of our party of six have booked a Mayan pyramid excursion. One needs to drop out due to an injury, and her spouse will go in her place. Can we change the participant’s names, or do we need to cancel and rebook ?

On a detailed Liberty of the Seas website I read that “fully covered shoes” are required in the Windjammer. What exactly does that mean? No flip flops? No sandals? That was not the case before. I’d appreciate feedback from someone who has sailed recently.
