I am a first time Celebrity cruiser and first time Concierge cabin for my husband. I have seen several posts regarding the limited menu available at lunch. What is typically available? Will be be able to see the menu prior to being seated?

I want to thank @Ferry_Watcher for all the updated information that you provide on this topic. It is very precise and the included photos help so much. I am assuming you either live or work very close to the pier. Again, thank you so much for helping us plan the beginning and end of our cruises with confidence. 👏

So....sounds like it'll be $12 per day to upgrade from Classic to Premium...correct?
Yes, my husband just upgraded to Premium and was charged $12 per day. I was not required to upgrade.

Thank you much. I am curious though. How did you compile this extensive list? How long did it take?

Thanks for the tips. My husband is loving the Guy's Burgers suggestion!

We are sailing on the Magic next month. Does anyone know what dining options are open for lunch other than the Lido buffet upon Embarkation? On our last Carnival cruise the Lido buffet was a like a three ring circus when we boarded.

Do they require people to go through metal detector scanners prior to boarding? At the airport they always tell my DH to remove his belt, resulting in embarrassment for our teens as he tries to keep his pants from falling down. Lol.... If so Elastic waist shorts may be the way to go.

Thank you so much for these great ideas. I looked at the menus posted in the review. May of the vegetarian options for entrees and starters include mushrooms, or blue cheese which she can't eat. I think talking to the head waiter may be a good idea. She has some other food allergies as well.

Can someone tell me about vegetarian options in the MDR on Oasis? Our daughter is vegetarian and somewhat particular as well.

That is great to hear. We sail in three weeks. Our 16 year old daughter is a new vegetarian as we'll as being limited by not being able to eat spicy foods. I was concerned about her available choices.

Yum to everything! Are the menus the same for Both Eastern and Western itineraries? We will be on FOS Eastern in less than 4 weeks.
Vegetarian options on Pearl

We are traveling with her daughter who is vegetarian and also has food allergies. We notified NCL and it is put on our reservation. I understand the procedure for meeting with the Staff
in the main dining room the first day of the cruise. I was wondering about some of the other more casual places to eat such as O'Sheehan's. Do they have any vegetarian options such as a veggie burger? I don't see anything listed on their menus.
