They had them in April. The movies were listed on back side of fun times.

We took a cab to the airport ($25) and rented a car for the day. Spent 2-3 hours at South Beach walking around and then drove over to the Everglades (about 40 minutes to where we were going) and went on an airboat ride. We grabbed lunch and returned the car. It made for a great day. Car was under $30.

We board on 11 september so we are keeping an eye on the next one that is brewing. Really not much we can do about it. I would love to go to Aruba, Curacao but I will be on vacation and as long as the ships sails I will be happy wherever it goes.
It is the chance we take when booking at the height of hurricane season.
Enjoy your cruise!!
We're on this sailing too! Couldn't agree more but hope we do make it down there.

The existing Playlist group got off with us yesterday and the new group is taking over. That being said, I don't think the shows are changing.
Thanks everyone. I was hoping for the other set but Epic rock was awesome last time

Thank you! I was hoping for another set of shows (I heard 88 keys was good). As I said I do enjoy playlist.

We just cancelled our Fascination cruise and booked a 8 day southern Sunshine cruise for next month. Just curious if anyone knows what shows are onboard? We don't mind playlist but the Legend and the Glory had the same ones and we'd love something different.
Thanks all

Awesome spot! I went there every night on the glory (I had a 4j cabin).

We were off Glory in April in Miami. We had FTTF and were one of the 1st off around 745 or so. By the time we were out of the terminal it was past 8 and we took a cab to the airport. We got there about 8:30 so I'd say no as well.

Email casino@carnival.com they'll take care of you and let you know if your eligible. As recent as April my wife and I both got casino cash/fun chips.

Well the full menu closes at 2:30 (I never got to try it) but from 2:30 - 6 they have tacos (chicken and pork usually sometimes beef). They are delicious and the full toppings bar is still open. It was enough for a snack or a couple for a late lunch.
Edit: Guys burgers is also open to 6pm fyi.

I haven't seen pricing yet as they have only uploaded the New Orleans to San Juan half of the repo cruise so far but we are considering this cruise. Can anyone tell me what 10 days are like on a Fantasy class ship? I know it doesn't happen often but has anyone been on one recently? I love the class for short getaways but...
Well let me know your thoughts. The itinerary looks great

Thank you a cab may be easier if just 3.5 miles to port!

I did confirm the shuttles before I booked hopefully they don't give me a problem...
Thank you for the response we'll get dinner in Atlanta during our layover and just go right to the hotel and then right to port in the morning. With the limited time I didn't need anything fancy just safe and I found the advertised shuttles convenient (I really hope they are dependable otherwise I'll be paying for cabs) .
Thank you again!

Has anyone stayed at Spring Hill Suites Miami Airport East/Medical Center? We were originally going to drive down but with parking and gas we found some reasonable flights so we will be arriving the night before at 10pm. I booked this room with points because it offers a shuttle from the airport free and to the port for $8. Any experience with the shuttles? Anywhere nearby to grab food late or should we just grab something during our layover? How about to pick up wine/soda for the cruise (we may or may not do this). Thank everyone in advance for any help :)

You can also get it by printing your cruise docs
My apologies. I could have sworn mine did previously. I stand corrected.

We embarked on Easter on the Legend last year. Maybe because it was embarkation day there was nothing special but they didn't do a thing. We ate in the Steakhouse though.

Like I said, it's ONE drink. And it's only been a "gift" for what, about 2 years? It's not like this is a long-time Carnival tradition that's being taken away.
But, let's all take every possible opportunity to squeal about CUTBACKS CUTBACKS CUTBACKS. Honestly, people.
More waitstaff at breakfast? Really? Those people are already working morning, noon, and night in both the buffet and MDRs.
I understand. I want it all, too. I want to sail for inflation-adjusted prices that are lower than what they were 15 years ago. I want no single supplement. I want free drinks. I want OBC for price drops. I want food to be as good or better than it was 15 years ago despite the exorbitant increases in food prices over that time span. I throw a hissy fit if there isn't an ice bucket in my cabin and if the cabin stewards don't act like they're my personal servants.
:p
Agreed!

I was in 4148 on the Legend (sister ship) I was between lifeboats. Great view and so nice to take an afternoon nap with doors open and have a breeze for an interior price.

Our First Interior
in Carnival Cruise Lines
Posted
We did our 1st interior last month on the Sunshine. Most restful 8 days we've ever had and the room was cooler then any previous ocean view we've had. We brought a clock so we would know the time if we rolled over in middle of night/morning. I'd do it again.
