Several weeks ago I bookmarked all the events I was interested in attending on my cruise starting on the 19th. Today, I was on the app and my bookmarks are gone and the events are full, including the sail away. I'm livid. Any way I can just show up at the events anyway?

I opted to pick up my medallion at the cruise terminal instead of having it shipped. I've filled out all my info online and am in the green lane. Will I be delayed in boarding since I don't have my medallion in hand?
