We were on the Ruby in Feb. and had the package. We would go down each day and pick out our pics, take them to the counter and they would put them in our envelope. We would check back later and they would give us the originals . At the end of the cruise we picked up the flash drive with all the pics on it. It is a good deal if the price is right!

Google "princess cruises main dining menu", set the results to the last year and hit the cruisetipstv link with download in the title.
There are videos to be found on youtube also.
Thanks for the info - we too are traveling on the Crown in Feb. I didn’t realize the OP was not a newbie as he only had 6 posts on CC. I guess he put me in my place. Thanks again!

After 18 cruises I think I know that. Seriously, I only wanted information. I am disappointed .
I am sincerely sorry. I didn’t mean any harm. Please accept my apology.

We check out the menu each day. It is posted outside the dining room. If it’s not to our liking we do something different.

I drowned my camera on the second day of a cruise. When we did the next one (Panama Canal bucket list) I packed two just to be prepared. Magnets for excursions (hold on wall) , pop up hamper, packing cubes, $1 for tips, a power outlet (not surge protector) with two USB ports for phone/iPad.

We were on the Coral two years ago. In the dining room it was Absolutely NO jeans for men on formal nights and a collared shirt was required. We saw many turned away for this reason. Also no shorts.

Panama Canal on the Coral is the best! We loved the view from our balcony! Make sure and catch the movie on the building of the Canal in the theatre. It has a lot of good info. Pick up some Emeralds in Cartagena! Pub lunch is two different days! We would love to go back!!

On our Panama Canal cruise a few years ago we could not make connections into Ft Lauderdale so we flew into Miami and the Princess shuttle took us to FLL. We were the only two on the big ol bus. I was really glad we weren't driving. It costs a little more but worth it. Took us to our hotel then to the ship the next day. Back to Miami to catch our flight post cruise. In Feb. we are flying into FLL and staying at Hilton Marina. Our second time. Love waking up and seeing our ship in port. We have also stayed in Sunny Isles FL. Good beach area! Enjoy your trip!

We stayed in this hotel two years ago before our Panama Canal cruise and requested to stay here again in Feb. As mentioned above you can see the port from your balcony. It's great to wake up and see your ship in port. The Walgreens is just down the street for snacks etc. we enjoyed watching the draw bridge and checking out the yachts in the waterway.

Me too! Easy peasy! There the next day!! Well worth the stock purchse IMHO!

Pub lunch is delicious- I have had the fish and chip and the shrimp. My favorite dessert is the baked Alaska on the last night in the dining room. If you are adventurous try the escargot- where else can you try it for free? I like anything with shrimp!

Do you have to collect the photos that you want everyday, and ask for them to be placed on the flash drive or printed?
Yes- when we were on the Ruby in Feb. we would go check our photos the next day and take them to the desk. They would put them n our envelope so they could put them on the flash drive. We would go back and pick them up later. At the end of the trip we picked up our flash drive. It's a good deal if you buy lots of pics. We got in on the $99 deal.

I submitted my fax on Friday evening and my shareholder benefit was in my account on Monday. We are cruising in Feb. love Princess.

On the Princess survey I complained about a specific crew member. I would be surprised if I were the only one doing so. Are the comments shared with the person? Equally, are compliments shared?
I think they might be shared. When we were on the Ruby in Feb. we had a really good waiter. He mentioned not getting any good comments on the last cruise. He really went out of his way to be helpful so we made sure and left a good review.

If you are choosing between Princess and NCL I would have to say Princess hands down. The food and drinks are so much better than NCL. I did enjoy the shows on NCL but was so disappointed in the whole ship. I just love the piazza -staircase etc. and the aft pool is a great place to hang out on Princss. We are doing the 8 day So. Caribbean in Feb. can't wait. You will be on vacation so just enjoy whatever you choose!

We dined in the Bayou on the Coral two years ago. It was delicious! My friend and I wanted Losbster and the guys steak. Our waiter talked into ordering the filet along with the lobster as the lobster is extra. We had the best lobster and the most tender steak. We could not eat it all!!! But we sure tried! We are from Montana and enjoy our beef - this was very good!!

We put them on in the port city / too much info on them. I do purchase plastic holders but those break too. I always put a copy of our travel itinerary on top of my clothes in the suitcase before flying to make sure they know where to find me. My friend had her tag ripped off from the hotel to the port one time.she had to go locate the luggage on the ship so we are very careful now.

In the lounges they always bring around snacks. I enjoy the oriental mix and my husband enjoys the peanuts. They are very generous - if you don't drink - no problem order a soda. The area is cozy and lots of people sit and play cards or read etc.
-
We also flew into Miami but we were sailing from Ft Lauderdale. We booked our transfer from Princss. It couldn't have been easier and fast. We were the only ones on the bus.
-
My husband and I both received them as did our friends that traveled on our late Feb. cruise.

On the Coral Princess Panama Canal cruise in 2015 we saw several men turned away from the dining room / t-shirts were not acceptable! Must have a collar. Also men in blue jeans were turned away on formal night, including our travel companions. To be safe they brought dress pants and collared shirts on the next cruise and had no problem.

Just completed partial transit on Coral. We were in A-214, furthest forward highest deck. It had wrapped deck so we faced port and forward. We liked it. A bit breeze on sea days, but beautiful nonetheless. Not the largest balcony by far. Let me know if you need some pictures and we will upload.
Steve & Vicky
We were in aloha 209 the first one on the starboard forward on our Panama Canal Cruise. LOVED it! We will ask for it again. As Steve & Vicky said it is a wrapped deck and facing forward. Our room attendant told me it was the very best place to view the canal and he was right.

I just saw on the princess patters that were posted yesterday that there was a free pub lunch on the Ruby Princess Mexican Riviera Sailing a week ago. Looks like it is back and free....

does it come with sides? or just fries?
Very small walkthrough of Crown
in Princess Cruises

Thank you for the video. We are sailing in February on the Crown. You can sure tell it’s in the same class as the Ruby. Identical! I enjoyed seeing the Christmas decor!
